Has anyone booked any other hotel then the Huntington Hilton for their wedding at the VYC??

For those who have used the Huntington Hilton did you visit the bar at the hotel after your wedding?

My wedding is July 25, 2009 at the Venetian!

Hey, I'm getting married there on March 28. I think we're using the Four Points Sheraton- for a small fee, they keep the bar open until 4. I was also thinking about the Hilton Garden Inn, but not sure. Also, the Courtyard Marriott includes a shuttle service, but their bar will NOT stay open. Losers!!

How far away is the Sheraton Hotel? I've been in contact with a woman from Huntington Hilton and am waiting to hear back about the bar being open. I like that you can party until 4am at Sheraton. May i ask how much extra you have to pay for that? Is there a 2 night minimum stay there? Forget Courtyard if their bar won't stay open.

Getting Married June 13th 2009

Using the Marriot Courtyard - Dont care about the bar - because we are just going to a bar in the Village right up the block -

VYC is a big possibility for my reception. My only concern is a lack of spots for pictures.

Thoughts?

I love it there it's so pretty! We have a big gap in between our ceremony and ch so we are taking the majority of our pictures somewhere else and then a few at vyc. My friend got married there last year and the photographer walked them over to the docks and took a few pics in the surrounding area, so there are more options instead of just directly on the premises. hth
