I was just browsing through all 38 pages of posts...how did I miss this one?!?!? That would have been a hell yea for me!!!!!

I can't believe my wedding is almost here ! It still doesn't feel real.

I will post some pics and let you girls know how everything turned out after I get back from our Honeymoon.

I just picked up my proofs today and they came out amazing!!! my advice to all VYC brides is to make sure you take advantage of the scenery and take lots of pics there!!!! the water is such a beautiful back drop and all my pics look amazing!! i'll post the prof pics as soon as i get them on the computer

I am getting married the 30th of March. I am sooo glad to see all the people that have (or are) getting married at VYC!!

I was worried I was the only one.....every time I go there there is nothing going on, and I was worried.



Thank you ALL for de-stressing that one.

Bill recommended going out for the cocktail hour, is that what most of you are doing?? I dont know still.. ( i have time to think about it...) but, it seems like its tradition to be introduced at the actual reception.

I am so glad I found this post!

That's a really great tip. The pics that we took out on the patio came out amazing too. I posted some of my pro pics in my album.

So happy to hear your getting married at VYC It's funny that you say everytime you go there nothing is going on because whenever I've gone to make a payment it's the opposite, they're always setting up for a party...no fear

FH and I had discussed originally that we didn't want to go into CH BUT from many former brides on here I've gotten great advice on that topic. FH and I will be attending our CH (only the first half hour though) reasoning being...First of all we don't want to spend the whole reception saying hello to everyone and greeting everyone, we can get most of that done during CH. Secondly we want to enjoy (ALL of) our wedding even CH especially being we booked steel drummers and how can we enjoy them being in the bridal suite the whole time...plus the food, CH is my FAVORITE part

i did! I had my wedding in the downstairs room and there was another wedding upstairs at the same time (theirs started earlier). This was one of my biggest concerns, but we had no problems the day of, i never even saw the other bride and groom
