I am so happy that someone is taking this terrible story on. I am sorry for the brides who were ripped off, but they ususally catch these dirtballs. Let us know when its on so. Good Luck ladies

Thanks for all your support, girls. This story sounds like it could be a movie of the week--Revenge of the Brides! I just hope it has a happy ending!

Also, we are trying to find Marc's victims from three years ago, when he used the name Video Servces (purposely spelled without an i), also located in Deer Park. We feel they would make a good contribution to the case and want to let them know about Fox and Friday

If any of you have friends who were married three years ago (or people in your office), please ask around. Thanks!

Newsday might be an idea, but I don't know if a classified ad would be read by the brides in question.
I would love for Marc to be featured in the WANTED section that Newsday runs every Sunday, because that always appears by the wedding announcements.

I am in the process of writing letters to the local media and local bridal publications so hopefully that will be something to warn future brides but it won't be done in time to reach other victims in time for Friday.

I'm hoping word of mouth (six degrees of seperation) will find other couples who have dealt with this sociopath (in my opinion, that's what he is!).

Our pre-wedding footage was shot by someone other than Marc, and I forget his name? Did anyone else have a second person at the wedding? Maybe we can track down that person and see if he knows anything?

So far I have a list of 12 couples who were scammed by Marc Campbell. I will list eveyone's first name, and if you don't see your name, email me with your name, phone number and if you are out a video or deposit, and if a deposit, how much.....

Shelley, Lissa, Renea, Barbara, Cypris, Brian, Jennifer, Dora, Patty, Debra.... the other two consist of myself and my brother.

If anyone realized I am missing names, please email me....

Denise-
If you read the other thread, you will see that I was never rude to Kit. I just wanted to hear Marc's side of the story. Most vendors aren't like Marc (Thank God!) but we didn't know that at the time and most of us instinctively defend people we trusted.

I believe in the good in everyone and that may be very naive of me and I am sometimes mistreated because of it, but I am not going to change. Sometimes I am proven very wrong, but I feel if Anne Frank could still see the good in people, who am I to judge others without at least trying to be fair? I want to believe people are good. Marc was evil and he was extremely convincing at fooling us to believe he was just a guy who couldn't catch a break.

And if you read trough this whole thread, you would have seen that I was the first to mention Kit and say we owe her an apology (about 3 pages earlier). We're just waiting for her to come back (although I did send her a note).
