Re: Diet time!! post here for support
WW hasn't worked for me
On Friday, I had 23 pts before dinner, and then we unexpectadly went out to a restaurant, so I think I must have had another 10 pts there (and its some morroccan food not listed anywhere). Then Saturday, I had soup for breakfast/lunch at 4pm (200 cal and 4g fat = 4pts); and monkfish with escarole for dinner (probably 10 pts, b/c fish, and restaurant size portion), with a glass of wine (3pts). And then we had tea - 0pts. So I was a little under on Sat.Then sunday, its was oatmeal with raisins, I am guessing 2pts for oatmeal and 2 for raisins = 4 total, then a slice of frozen pizza and some low fat ravioli (probably a total of 12 pts, based on calories and fat on the package), and a then a teaspoon of peanut butter, a cup of coffee, and a glass of coke. B/c the food was not so healthy, I feel guilty.
Today, I had eggs for breakfast with a banana and coffee, and then I had a yogurt = somehow all that added to 11 pts. I had a salad for lunch, with low fat tuna salad (tuna with veggies, but no mayo). I think its 7 pts. Now I am up to 18 (not so bad) but have to keep my snacking down, as I only have a max of 5 pts left.

Re: Diet time!! post here for support
sept20yay!I can totally relate to you. When I was on WW last year, FI decided that he was going to go on Atkins. I, just like you, was so mad. I figured that if he was going to go on any type of diet, it would make sense to do something that I was doing, but he was totally stuck on Atkins. I just could not see that being a healthy diet. I was on his case about it all the time. Eventually Atkins failed and tonight he is going to WW with me.
