Going for my final meeting tonight with the Fox Hollow!! I cant believe!! 68 days until the wedding!!!
Anyone have any questions that I should be asking? I cant think of any... i need to make a list before I go!
Not sure if you had your meeting yet- but does anyone know in regards to allergies, if someone is deathly allergic to tree nuts, is there anything they can make them to guarantee it won't be contaminated??? I think something was asked previously but I can't remember, Sorry! TIA
I had a guest who needed a gluten free meal and they did it no problem and they only knew the week before. They will accommodate anyone's special needs.

That's really great to know, since our families and friends have a bunch of eating issues (me included!), and the menu has been a big concern. I was assured by our BM that whatever precautions we need to take for allergies, celiac, & diabetic meals, they will take care of everything for us.

Another thing i cannot say enough about was that they'll make ANYTHING IN THE WORLD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dave & I are a meat & potatoes couple and while the food there is amazing, none of the entrees were really things we'd eat. (i know you're all rolling your eyes at me right now). They made WHATEVER we wanted for dinner! I had chicken parmesean and Dave had veal. We were both so excited that they wanted to make sure we ate and were eating something we both LOVED....

Congrats & ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be prepared...it's going to take a little while to drop the stuff off. They are VERY thorough! They label EVERYTHING (which was sooo appreciated).

I had - and i'm not kidding here - 15 boxes. I had candy for the candy bar, kids table goodies, a grooms' cake, 5 different cake toppers (we had 4 separate cakes), toasting glasses, cake server set (and much much more)...
They lost NOTHING!!!!! It all went where i wanted it to - they were spectacular!

We got one - but i'd have to think if we didn't - they would've had something.
In all honesty, if we didn't get one on a clearance sale at an outlet, we wouldn't have wasted the money....you do NOT see the set at ALL!!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Anyone remember / have a picture of what the fox hollow's table numbers and frames look like? I seem to remember them being gold? Which is fine because I have a brown and orange / bits of champagne and gold scheme. I want to make numbers if I can soon, to get something out of the way, but if I don't have to ... I won't!

They are gold frames 4 x 6.
They are nice, and not that noticible, i had more of a black and white theme with no gold but seriously, noone noticed. I made my own photo table numbers too and they set them up no problem.

I could swear that mine were silver, but I can't find a photo to confirm my memory. But I couldn't agree more that they are not very noticable.

Thanks girls! I was hoping they were gold as that completely matches my theme. I can now make nice numbers to match - I plan on making scrapbook-style numbers, with ivory paper matted onto brown paper. Probably brown numbers. Thanks!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Does anyone know how the PWP points work? When i first met with the PWP they were explaining their services and that if you use house vendors you get points, and after the wedding you get to choose different things (kinda like a credit card, get points and get house stuff or travelign things). How many points does each vendor give and when do you get the points?
