Oh Santina...I had Carol break it down for me once....but if I have it, its gonna be at home. I'll check when I get home Santina and see what I have for you!

We wanted to do the whole seafood cocktail...but at $25 a person, and we've already added venetian...I'd feel bad asking my parents.

I do like thought that there is some seafood and cocktail already........just not the usual massive presentation. I'll check when I get home for ya

My mom is obsessed with adding the lobster at the cocktail hour - even though I keep telling her it's really not neccessary since our cocktail hour is HUGE but u must know how stubborn sicilian mothers are so I doubt I'm gonna get my way lol

As promised Nina bella here are the Russo's cake flavors:

Canoli
Cassada (canoli filling with rum flavoring)
Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding
Vanilla or Chocolate Mousse
Strawberry Shortcake
Pineapple Filling
Black Forest
Bavarian Cream
French Cream
Lulu Cream (vanilla custard and whipped cream folded sponge cake with rum flavoring)
Lemon Cake
Carrot Cake

When you're ready to start trying out the flavors Audrey our BM told us to call them a few days ahead and tell them the 3 flavors we're interested in and they'll make us 3 mini cakes for us to bring home and try out. I think I'm gonna do that at the end of the summer even though I 'm pretty sure I already know what flavor I'm gonna choose, but if u could get 3 free cakes why not right? lol

It seems like some of these flavors are cake and some are filling...i'm a little confused...do we get to pick a cake, filling, and icing flavor or is it kind of a combo deal where you pick one you get whatever it comes with?

Also anyone know what french cream is?

Is anyone using any of the photographers that Russo's recomends?


Here's my next issue. M fiance and I are suppossed to be getting married on Tuesday July 3. We found out that our church won't marry us on that day. We asked Russos if they have any fridays left in July or August (becasue I'm a teacher) and they only have the Renaissance room available for about 5 different dates. I have no idea what to do now!!!! I really love the Tivoli room and I feel that we won't have enough people for the larger room:(

I think we might look for another church.

We are getting married on Monday, Labor Day.
We did not have a problem. Sometimes if you can get a visiting priest they will give the visiting priest keys and then you can do it at the church

my fiance called the priest and basically begged him yesterday throwing in that we will triple the church donation. The priest said that he won't be there and there will be a visiting priest next summer so he said he will try to see what he can do. Cross your finger for me please!!!

Infinity I'm not sure of. Ferarri has prices starting at $2,695. This includes parent's albums(24), couple's album(42), 100 TY cards 8 - 5X7 and 11x14 and 8 wallets. The video is 1,800(i think).

If you are a Russo's bride, they work with you to do the slideshow on teh plasma screens (which is a HUGE bonus cuz the DJs charge about $2,000 for that alone).

The most expensive package at Ferrari is $4,995. Basically in thsi package you get ALOT more photos and the albums are upgraded, plus you get more special effect photos. YOu could always add thes on a la carte to teh other packages.
