The square footage of the WGP is 2646ft

12 top tables are 72'

The size of the WGP minus the dance floor is about 52' x 30'
and the dance floor is about 33’ ½ X 20’

The WGP schematic says that it should fit 156 people for a sit down dinner with a dance floor fine.

thanks for the dance floor dimensions! I've been asking about this!

My wedding is on a Sunday too....

When I first booked in December 2008, I was given the Rose Hunt as well. Then we ended up moving up the start of the wedding by half an hour and they said that due to this change the room they reserved for me was the Lantern Gallery. They told me the rooms depended on how they stack the other parties around your event. I think both rooms are really nice. Rose Hunt is very nice! I think I like it even better than Lantern Gallery....

Re: NEW- FOX HOLLOW BRIDES- Question and Answer Thread

Going to post things I found in the old Fox Hollow Forum

From 2007 (questions and answers)

Question: If we don't do a cake with the Fox Holllow - how much credit do we get & is there an upgrade fee for a cake?

Answer: You get a $100 credit & can use it towards an ice sculpture or something else during the reception. There is no upgrade fee - for all cakes they have in the book - there's no extra charge. I didn't ask if they give cash...

Question: What are the linen colors?

Answer: Wine, forest green, black, baby pink, baby blue, bright red(really pretty), gold patterned, ivory patterned, plain white & navy.

Question: What size aisle runner? Width & length?

Answer: Jenn will get back to me on that - she's really not sure.

Question: Are margaritas & dacquiris included in price or extra charge as per 'extras sheets' sent in mail?

Answer: If you want a SEPARATE station - there is a charge. The table would be set up with a sombrero or beach scene, etc. For regular bar orders - it's included free of charge.

Question: Can you do a cake for my sister in law's birthday?

Answer: Yes, free of charge.

Question: What types of vodka?

Answer: Kettle One, Grey Goose, etc.

Question: Can we get into WGP for pics ahead of time?

Answer: Party in there until 5 - after 5, we can have free reign.

Question: What type of flowers for CH centerpieces?

Answer: they're bubble type small glasses with a single floating flower (they're very cute).

Question: We'd like to do a candy bar - can we?

Answer: YES - YOU DO NOT NEED THE BOWLS - THEY HAVE SOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will set up for you - free of charge.

Question: Do you provide menus?

Answer: Yes & they can email you the file to make changes to: font, put your name on it. They will print for FREE.

Question: Can we see the placecards?

Answer: Yes - and they are the fox hunt ones - HOWEVER, the reverse side is plain ivory and we can just use that - so there's no charge....

Question: We really don't eat much on the 7 course menu list....(i know we're weird).

Answer: They will make the bride & groom WHATEVER YOU WANT!! ! They're making us chicken cutlet parmigiana & veal parmigiana!!!

Question: How many people per table?

Answer: No fewer than 8 and no more than 12.

Question: What to do with favors?

Answer: Whatever you want, they can give them out after dinner, have them on the tables when people walk in, whatever you want to do!!!

Question: Can we do a rehearsal?

Answer: Not really - unless your wedding falls on a Friday - then you can do a rehearsal during the week, otherwise - they are too booked with parties.

Question: My wedding is January 20th, will the Christmas decorations still be up?

Answer: No - the decorations come down the second week in January...(boo).

thats amazing!! thanks!!! so for the menus, can i email someone now or should i wait till i have my meeting?

Does anyone have an 'extras' list with pricing information? or a picture of what their menu looks like? TIA

I've scanned the list of all the extras that Fox Hollow offers (they send it to you right before the final meeting). Tried to upload the pictures here but it wont let me no matter how small I made the pictures. If you need the list please send me a private message with your e-mail or e-mail me @: [email protected] I'll be happy to send it to you.

This is such a great idea :)

I booked with David so he is my only contact.

Thanks

Up till you have your final appointment (2 months before the wedding) you speak with your banquet manager. After that they pass you along to Jen who handles all the final details. I haven't spoken to my banquet manager (Bill) since I've met Jen. Plus she is VERY responsive.
