When will fox hollow call me to set up a meeting for linens, etc.?

They have a final meeting with you 2 months (or 1 month?) prior to your wedding where you pick out linens, food choices, cake, etc.

They call me right? I dont need to call them right?

You should get a letter in the mail about this. I think you should have by now...maybe call and speak to Jennifer to make an appt??

oh wow ok, ill call tomorrow. thankss.

you can call them to set it up...since i live out of state i just called and set mine up for october since i will be in town one weekend. i'm meeting with frank.

i received something in the mail about the meeting! it says im picking out the linens, cake and menu. i have NO idea what fillings i want in the cake. am i supp to be prepared with what i want 4 when i get there??

You can go to Erga Bakery in Bethpage for a tasting. Give them a call- they prepared a few samples for us and it made the choice easy.

Not that I know of. You would have to talk to your florist or if you are using the house florist, they might be able to supply you.

Fox Hollow provided votives for my cocktail hour tables, my sweetheart table and cake table. This was without my having to ask.

Re: NEW- FOX HOLLOW BRIDES- Question and Answer Thread

Call Erga Bakery, they are the bakery for the Fox Hollow. The list of cake fillings is posted on the first page of this thread. When we went there, they asked us what we were interested in trying, and made us little cakes to try.

(we are going with the Yellow cake, French Custard and Banana's, REALLY REALLY good!)

Re: NEW- FOX HOLLOW BRIDES- Question and Answer Thread

FH and I went and looked at the Fox Hollow this weekend and we found the place!
Dave gave us what we feel is a great quote for Fall 2010, he said they just lowered the 2010 rates.
We have not booked yet b/c right now we are trying to work out the finances and make sure that we will be able to save for everything within the year.

So....my question is what is the payment shedule like?
I did not ask this at meeting

Thanks Ladies!

i wanna say there are like 4 or 5 payments, so by the time the final payment is due, its not some huge number.

January 2011
Balance July 2011

I might be lying, but I know there are 4 or 5 payments

Are you doing any uplighting? I would STRONGLY, STRONGLY recommend it for the Wintergarden. Seriously....it changes the room SO much. It looked like an enchanged forest. I also had tall taper candles and tea lights on the tables. It was like....magic. The lights also illuminated and showcased the glass cieling.

See if you can budget it in...it really changed everything!!!

I don't have any pro pics yet, but I can't stress uplighting for that room enough. It really shows well.
