With 2 weeks to go I still cannot figure out how to address an issue with my favors and wanted to see if anyone had ideas I can use.

My favors are music CDs (ala Wedding Soundtrack). I have 110 guests and 75 CDs made. My intention is of course to give one CD per couple or to a single. At first I thought of putting each one under each place card, but for some reason I am not liking it much.

Anyone have any ideas?


Hmm, Putting them with the place cards? Or what about instead of leaving them on the plates. You have the seating chart. Count how many couples and how many singles are at each table and just place them on the table like around the flowers.


Actually I've decided to do EXACTLY as you suggested. I am providing the seating chart and telling Fox Hollow exactly how may CDs to put per table (and numbers vary since some tables have families, some singles and couples). Hope they place them right though lol Wouldn't want anyone to walk away disappointed they didnt get a favor!

Thanks for all of your help everyone! It seems that it may be really hard to move the time back from 8:00pm, but since I haven't booked yet, I'm hoping I have some pull!! I'll keep you all posted :)

Hi All,

I'm new to LIW and am just starting out planning and have to say am lready addicted to this site!

I am planning to go and view the Fox Hollow withing the next week as I have already fell in love with it before I even saw it. Just want to say thanks for creating this thread as I have a feeling i will be a Fox Hollow bride as well.

Hello! Question! The ceremony decor that's included when using their chapel- the flowers down the aisle/tulle/flowers on the canopy over arch- do you know if we get a credit if we don't use those decorations? Has anyone decided not to use them? Thanks!

I don't believe they will credit you but when I booked they told me that they will work with you if you want to make some changes to the decor in the chapel and in the cocktail hour room (latern (?)... something or other). I'm sure there's a limit to what you can do before they start charging you, however.

I haven't gotten that far in my planning yet but I was thinking of adding a little color to the chapel room as well, since everything will be decorated in white.

I have my appointment with the fox hollow on saturday. I'm very excited!! I hope I love it as much in person as I do in the pictures.
