There are a few entrees on the restaurant menu that are on their current wedding menu (evidently the 'salmon or tilapia' listed on your wedding menu can be prepared however you desire, like the ones you will find on the restaurant menu). None of the desserts are in the restaurant, though. The apps are similar - I think the wedding mozzarella duet plate is avail at the restaurant. But there was a wedding going on when we went, so they brought us some of the passed h'orderves from that to try.

I basically just judged the quality of everything to get an idea, even thought they obviously knew why I was there...... (we were really happy & booked, btw)

FYI they will ask you to pre-choose salmon or talapia for the guests (as an option) they won't let you have both of them on the wedding day menu...

Me too!!! I didn't think the WGP would need uplighting but after seeing pics with it it looks amazing. Please FM me pricing so I can see if it would fit in the budget!!

My florist and DJ gave me a price of anywhere from $1000 to $1500.I am on the fence about it. Love the way it looks but not sure if I want to spend the money.

Thanks. That sounds a little too high for me. I think it will look beautiful with or without the uplighting and I think I would rather get RH upgrades (like VH, choc fountain, or seafood boat) for that kind of money.

i did my final menu appointment the other day with Frank, what a sweet guy! anyway i have to send the menu info to the girl making them up for me and of course i left all the info at my mom's house.

can someone send me the menu....i was doing the shrimp imperiale for app, the 7 choice entree and the waffle thing for dessert?

i would really appreciate it! thanks! if its easier to email me, fm me and i'll send u my email. tia!

can someone tell me what the shrimp entree is on the older menu like from last year? i think the one jill sent (thanks!) is the newer menu and i feel the shrimp might be different. thanks again!

Glen from Prestige Lighting Events did my uplighting in WGP for $900. That's the cheapest I heard....you might be able to negotiate $100 off though...but its around that price range.

I also paid 900- no idea how many lights but it was GORGEOUS! Its a good place to spend because it REALLY enhances the beauty of the room.

I get my pro pics on Friday and will post.

Elegancia Entertainment did my lighting- they are FANTASTIC and I would recommend in a heartbeat.

E-mail Jen. She can send you the template of the menu and you can play around with it. That's what I did. I did my own logo instead of the usual FOX HOLLOW they put on them. Then e-mailed it back to Jen and she had them printed for me.

Just a quick warning for any upcoming Fox Hollow Brides. Be careful if you are have Eric as your maitre'd and/or Renee as your bridal attendant. If I were you I would either ask for someone else or insist upon meeting with them prior to review your day to ensure a smooth running day.

FYI - I am getting married on the 30th. I am having uplighting done in the garden terrace room. I am using 22 lights and it is costing $550. NY Lounge decor ask for Nicole. HTH
