we went this past sunday looking at wedding bands- but fh keeps telling me we have plenty of time --WRONG-- i keep saying it will be here before we know it- but what do i know i'm just a girl LOL

we are taking the baby to disney just real quick we were just there in feb its like my all time fav place to go- key west we made out on cause a friend gave us his time share for the rest of the week- it is nice down there too- but it not really a honey moon more like a family moon with the baby. its ok we will make it up when she is older (he does not want to leave her for a week with anyone) he is a good daddy!!!

oh i have a sitter service that comes to the hotel we have used them before there were great- i have booked them so we can go have a nice grown up nite out- trust me i have it all worked out lol

ok ladies, I need some ideas for flowers....I want to have 'fall' colors for our flowers (dark reds, orages, yellows). I want to use combinations of calla lillies, roses and chrysanthemums...what other flowers come in these colors? and what other flowers are in season at that time of year?

When should invites be ordered by?

You should start shopping around for designs, places and prices now. Depending on what you want and how many you want, they can take a while to come in. Also, when do you plan to send them out? And do you want to get calligraphy done on them? These questions will affect when to order.

I plan to send them out by Sept 14, so I would need to have computerized calligraphy done by the end of August, so I would want all my invites in by early-mid July (in case there's a problem and have to be re-ordered).

Also, will you be getting direction cards or other inserts printed?

Thanks - this is really helpful, I do want direction cards and inserts for accomadtions, etc. This gets done by the invite co, right? I've heard Papyrus is good and im looking to spend under $500 for invites for 150 or so guests. Any other good places to look besides WhiteAisle?

I am very please to announce....

WE booked our honeymoon thanks to the stimulus check!
We are spending 6 nights / 7 days in Disney at the Grand Floridian. We were able to book our flights, park tickets and a meal plan with that!! I so happy that I was able to bump that to the 'done' list!

Next week we are ordering our invitiations!

hi- hope you all had a great weekend- mine was ok was down on the island w/ my mom and fmil and well the coat is back again-

we (me,my mom,fsil) took my FMIL to estells to find a dress for the wedding and we found a really nice silver dress w/lots of beading on top and a beautiful jacket to top it off- well she did buy it was still insisted that it is an old lady dress and she want to wear the ugly jacket with a navy skirt- she came right out and said if she keeps pushing the issue we will all give in and she will get her way- i am not giving in and came right out and told her that i thinks it is not right for her to wear to our wedding.-even ffil told her to get something else- i'll keep you all posted on this mess
