I didnt realize for some reason that Dana and I were the same weekend!!!

I would like to have a B-party with friends at a local place,.. Nutty, or some place like that.

Our invites will be here some time next week. I can not believe that they are going to be ready so fast.. then we have to assemble them!

yea thats the worst part lol
FH is freaking out about the money, he's killing himself with work to come up with it all

I really just need my veil
favors (we're doing wine bottles)
GM/BM gifts
and get our wedding bands
hair/makeup trial

but we're not starting this until july/august b/c june is pretty much packed for the both of us. So our wedding stuff is on hold for now

I was doing ok with the budget untill we realized we needed centerpieces and were not doing them DYI any more!!!

But we cut some people from our guest list and returning some un-used items... all in all we are both trying to spend less.

I have received notice that my INVITES will be in NEXT WEEK!!!!!
I can not believe that I am going to be stuffing my invites soon. It is already the middle of JUNE!!

My Birthday is saturday,, we are 'celebrating' by making a payment at the reception hall. LOL It will not be my present per say,, but just a fun day to do it on!

the bparty will be early sept i believe bc 3 of the 4 girls are teachers so oct will be hard for them to get out let alone plan anything

FH bach party i told him it has to be early october... liek i mentioned before, with his stomach problems randomly flairing up i cant worry 2 weeks before that he will get sick and end up in the hospital... i need a week cushion time.. JUST incase FH said FINE... i will talk to his brother about this.. bc i swear we will KILL him if hes sick... sick or NOT hes goign to be AT THE WEDDING

invites... i will pick out 5 have FH decide. (i need to do that)

yes my mom she turned PALE bc she saw my face... shes liek omg.. adn my dad threw a pillow at her... she was 'im sorry-ing me all day'

i knew that i may help plan it.. and it may NOT be a suprise.. but really she jsut told me...

now i REMEMBER why i never told her a secret about anythign growing up!!!

UGH!! My MOH and BM who are planning my shower gave me till monday to give them my FINAL shower invite list..
It is a surprise for me.. they are working hard at keeping it that way! But I am thinking they must be sending invites out by the end of June then,.

I do the same thing... I have already narrowed down my shower to be in september b/c my granmother will be in Italy until August 27.... so every weekend in septemeber I am going to make sure i look good... hey my mom already has my dress i picked out, so all i need to worry about is my hair, and trust me that is more than enough b/c i can not handle it anymore!!!

I am giving an outfit to FH or MOB and telling them to have it ready. I usually dont leave the house at any time looking 'a mess' so i am good!

my DAD was upset about my moms slip up... so shes changing the date and now they are wispering in the room with the door SHUT so i dont hear...

mom is also calling FMIL to coordinate dates (lots of FH's family has bdays every saturday from sept until the wedding)

mom ALSO emiled the girls.. i saw dad reading somehting titled.. hey girls is debbies mom...

so ...

im happy again!!!

I do the SAME thing! I want a suprise in the worst way, But I always ask for hints like I need to figure it out. My mom and sister have to go to a few places tomorrow... and wont let me go. My mom said they were going to get their nails done... and I called them on it saying I need a pedicure. My mom spit out her soda laughing

5 months to go, all major vendors booked, FINALLY got a proof for invitations that I actually liked, and yet I feel completely overwhelmed with things to do!

I've created a to-do list that includes everything and anything that may have to be done (like make an appointment for X, or buy Y, or confirm Z) and it has 132 items on it!

A lot of the things can only happen later on (like confirming with all the vendors, scheduling appointments, etc) and I'm trying really hard to get as much done now as i can, but there's only so much that I can do while jiggling other things on my plate.

I don't necessarily feel like I'm behind, but rather I feel like I'm just treading water and going nowhere.

Sorry, just needed to vent...

i feel your pain! i want to get started on projects like my menus and programs...but i cant do that until i meet with the chef at the rh and confirm details with the priest (and get all the music etc).
