I do the SAME thing! I want a suprise in the worst way, But I always ask for hints like I need to figure it out. My mom and sister have to go to a few places tomorrow... and wont let me go. My mom said they were going to get their nails done... and I called them on it saying I need a pedicure. My mom spit out her soda laughing

our bm dresses are in...im thinking people wont alter them until sept.

we havent even talked about my bparty. im thinking it would be in oct. but everyone else has a million and 1 things going on and they are all 'poor' so we'll see what happens with that.

my shower was supposedly planned this weekend...im a bit ehhh about it but whatever.

we have to meet with our priest this month cuz he wants to go over stuff....pick out a veil (which i should have done already)...and figure out the fg dress.

we did however confirm the tuxes!

wow i woudl do that ASAP.. the dresses for the girls.. they told tme to wait 4 months for them to come in... and they got them all ordered back in March and im still waiting...

yeah...i agree. i would order now too cuz sometimes they take forever. i ordered mine in march and they said june...we got them 2 weeks earlier than expected.

but i know for my friends wedding...she's using pob dresses and right now its 4-5 months for bm dresses so they said order early just in case they get backed up or something happens. not all places are like that though....u could get them in no time!

We don't get a specific tasting, but our RH has a general food tasting for CH foods once a month...I took my parents to it this past Saturday. Our RH changed the CH menu, so they can honor the old menu that is on our contract or we can go with the new menu or mix and match from the 2. So, I'm glad I went because weekends are going to be busy this summer for everyone.

In Greek weddings it's traditional for the koumbaro (sponsor) to buy the favors. We have 2 'sponsors' so I'm going to take them out for lunch one afternoon and go shopping for favors, crowns and candles...probably in early August. I won't know how many people will RSVP by then, but we'll probably order favors in August-September to get them in on time.

Do you know where you want to order the favors from? Some places can give you the option to change the number you want a couple of weeks in advance of when you need it.
