We booked our HM!!! By the end of the week I want to order the stuff to make the inviations. When are you guys planning on sending them out?

glad you have your hm all ready- we got our airfare the other week too- can't wait!!! on friday it will be 6 months away- it is really getting here fast- i think about the wedding all the time & i am getting a little worried- i just want the day to go perfect- you know

ihave my invites- gonig to mail them out end of august- i think- but it will be here real soon- we aer going to glorida on our HM- disney for 2 days and key west for the rest of the week-

We are going to Atlantis for 5 days and then on a 7 Day princess cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The cruise goes to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Princess Cays. I'm soo excited now.. That was the thing I was stressing the MOST about!

I'm thinking of sending the invites the end of August since I'm getting married on the holiday weekend. Do you think thats too early?

this is what im thinking - sending mine out on 9/20ish so arrive by 9/26 (8 weeks before). my rsvp date is going to be 10/26...and our wedding is 11/26. originally i was going to send them right after labor day. were u thinking of sending them before labor day...i was just thinking of after...in case ppl are on vacation (i didnt want their mail box to be full or something and them to get a squished invite or just like forget about it)

Well i am so freakin behind it is not even funny.... we have not booked our HM yet (planning on getting that done by mid june) and we have not started our invites yet

Yes I absoluely love your dress color.

Just today I placed my order for my invites, YAY another check off the long list. I put my RSVP date for OCt 10. Ihate doing anything last minute.. Im going to send out my invites at the end of Aug as well.

IM not sure what IM doing next but one stp at a time. THis is all so exciting girls Im at 180 days. THey just kepp dwindling away...

both my parents are divorced and remarried. one of fh's parent's has passed away (but we want him on the invite...but didn't like the word 'late').

i can't figure out who is 'hosting'. we're paying for everything but my two parents are paying for their guests and fh's mom is paying for her guests (we are paying for our own)...so i was going to do together with their parents etc but i think they want their names on the invite

AND fh's mom wants us to put that its a nuptial mass and i just wanted to put 'marriage of'

and i wanted our names in the middle cuz i just like how it looks

ill post what i think is the best so far for us...but im totally open to more suggestions.

This looks good to me...the only thing I find odd is that your father's name is on a separate line below your mother's name...I know that they're divorced, but I think they should still be on the same line since you are daughter to both of them. With your father's name on a separate line it looks weird

yeah i wasnt sure what to do about that because i read that if they are divorced they are on sep lines...so then the only way to put them on one line is to put 'and' but i didnt know if i should or shouldn't do that. grrrr

I have never heard of 'nuptuial mass', but it seems like you need to get a lot of information into one invite!!

I was thinking of sending them out before Labor day. I hadnt thought of ppl going away for the labor day weekend.... Hmm.. My mom said my RSVP date should be October 17th..so I wanted the invite to be there about 5-6 weeks before.. Is that too much time?

Do you girls have any idea when your showers are going to be? My mom mentioned looking at places already and asked for a guest list.
