1st tasting is free (for you and fiance)....2nd one you have to pay for.

i think its 35 a person the 2nd time around. Its worth it if you have one when you first sign contract and your wedding is much later...you might wanna have one closer to your date when you finalize menu. They do add new items all the time....

I love the De Seversky and I love how helpful all of you are! I have so much to accomplish this month. Im slightly anxious. I havent even started dress shopping yet! EEK!

ITA! sooo excited to see all the pictures as these girls get married! Was maybride able to meet her minimum in the end?

Can'tWait...re Claremont, we also needed about 40 rooms so that may have been why we had to guarantee? She also never called me back when I tried contacting her again, so I suppose nothing is ever final until it's in writing?

lol...I am here!!! Sorry - havent been on LIW at all for like over a week - I will def be posting pics soon (dont have the time to now). All I have to say is that you guys have NOTHING to worry about...AT ALL....with de Seversky. They far exceeded our expectations in every way possible and so many of our guests told us the wedding was fabulous and the best wedding they have been to! Damian and Roger (the maitre d's...we have two) were beyond exceptional. will def be writing a full review when I have 2 seconds - and I am hoping to get some pics up soon. Happy planning and let me know if you have any questions at all!

eta: we had blocks at the Claremont ($169 a room) and it was great bc they were so close by. We did not get our bridal suite for free - however, we did gt it for the price of our blocks...which was a deep discount - so we were happy.

This is what we did. We did our first tasting back in Sept (free) then did our 2nd (for $35pp) back in March just before we picked the menu.

I don't get to post on here too much, but just wanted to share a few pics and a major rave for de Seversky. We were married June 12 and everything was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the Maitre D Damien - he was so awesome to deal with.
