Oh..so excited we booked at Westbury Manor. We went to look at a few more places on Saturday..2 we drove up and either he or I didn't like the outside then we went back to WM to see the bigger room (which is the medium size room) loved it but FH did not like that the bar was in the other room.

I am glad that is done..now on to Photographers then a break because we moved the wedding until 4-30-11 so we now have 2 years.

You could have joined when it was 40+. We had a few girls in their 30's that joined originally. I am glad you are with us now!!

Not sure yet..heard great things about Duet (prices & work)...I was gonna troll the threads to find some other places to look.

Did any of you book yet? Who did you go with?

I booked with Ariana Studios at the Wedding Plaza. They had a package plan I booked that had Phot,o video, dj,limo,flowers, and FH tux. I still havent picked which photographer we are using. We had a sitting with one of them and did e-pics. I liked him but there is 1 more I would like to sit with and see what his work is like

That's OK, everyone does it lol Fla was great...SIL/BIL have a boat so we went out on that and just hung out in the sun. I want their life lol!! What's new-any new wedding things happening your way?

Hi ladies.. I'm 31.. will be 32 when I walk down the aisle.

I am still very into the pomp and circumstance of planning the wedding-- and love some of the DIY ideas etc, but I do find myself chuckling at all of the energy that the 20 somethings have at times.


Things that I feel I would have done if I were planning a wedding in my 20's but I am not doing now are, having a large bridal party (only having siblings as MOH and BM), having an all out bachelorette party (probably not having one and if i do it will be something low key like a spa day), and definitly definitly definittly NO bo-k toss or garter shenanigans.. i may not have even done that in my 20's though-- i feel like it singles out the singles and as my friends are mostly in their 30's and still single-- umm I dont think they want to be singled out in that fashion. =)

At the end I think this just means to say that I cant wait to celebrate the big day but more so cant wait to just be married to my lobster!

Cant wait to share ideas with you girls!

I couldn't be any happier than I am right now! Im just where i want to be, about to continue on with my best friend and I'm doing it all at just the right age!! I know who i am, what i want and comforted knowing that I lived it up while I was still able to get ready and first go out at midnight! lol
