I am feeling like I don't have much done,for getting married in less than 1 year, but everyone is telling me that I did a lot already! I have the exact same things left to do as SI Bride06!! It is still very exciting though..

We starting the design of our STD bookmark, we met with one photographer and have a meeting with a second today. I am going to my first bridal salon next weekend.

Caterer is booked
Rental company is booked
Next month we book Pedestals

When are you guys sending out your STD's (if using)?

Im not using STD's because I haven't yet compiled a guestlist yet. Besides that, getting addresses from my FMIL is like pulling teeth, She will only give me drama saying that its too early to decide who Im inviting. whatever. I rather avoid dealing with her sometimes.

I think I'm going to send out the STDs in the beginning of October. Do you guys think it's too soon?

I'm going to start looking at dresses soon. As soon as I find the courage.

I have a reception site and am narrowing down my dress choice (2 finalists). I also prelim. picked out my BM dress, and my brother is paying for our photographer. That's it. I am having a bit of a conflict since I want to do a beach theme, but the BM dresses and invites I like are a pomegrante color. :( also, I wanted to do sand dollar christmas ornaments as save the dates, but I just don't think they will match the formalness (is that even a word??) of the invites. YIKES! Any suggestions ladies?

so far i booked our hall, and will probably book the band next week. i'm working on photographer/videographer and need to get moving on my dress.....

I have pretty much all the biggest vendors done, except flowers!! That, as well as the girls dresses are next!! I'm feeling very overwhelmed..

I had a minor pity party for myself regarding finding a wedding dress (ie I think I will never find one) and I am over it now.

I am actually going for my 2nd bridal shop excursion tomorrow with my Mom. She says she is going to buy an 'I spy camera pen' to take pics of me trying on dresses. She is a loon.

made the deposit for the rental people this week and have first florist appt on the 22nd.

Hi!! I booked most of the vendors (except limo), bought my dress (YAY!) and selected the BM dresses.

To tell you the truth though, lately I have been feeling stressed! I was on a roll and now I feel...lost! What come next?? Does anyone have a good planning timeline?

Kvs - sounds to me like you are on the ball! Have you tried the knot timeline? Or the one that Martha Stewart has? You can download it for free or it comes in all her magazines.

also - did you see maple-tea's brides review? she used Angelica for photography - beautiful pics.
