Kissy,,,

The V-hour was a must for me,,and the Seafood boat was a must for FH..who needs the in between meals...

the amount of food they offer during CH and VH and during dinner..is more than some can even imagine...love the FT!

The V Hour definitely sounds delish. I can't wait to see some of the pics from them. I've never seen pics of it. That's awesome for you girls! Not gonna lie, a little jealous. I also want the sorbet on the dance floor!

I have to drop off another payment next month.

I'm also going next month to pick out Bridesmaids dresses! Yippee!

sooooo..I just got home from my final meeting with Marianne and it went FANTASTIC!
I cant believe the staff at FT and how accommodating everyone is...Frank the matre d' was also there and he will be one of 3 working the night of our wedding and he was alos great. I gave Marianne the pic that we will have printd on the menu's..she went through everything step by step with us...and because we are having a large wedding with a large bridal party, they will have a rolling bar/with bartender in the bridal suite and will also have 4 bar tenders on during CH and will also have 3 bars open during he reception..there is a bar outside of the ballroom that will be the 3rd one..We chose 2 entrees for dinner that werent on the menu, plus the entrees they offer..we added shrimp oregonato and took off the salmon..
(it amazes me how they just go with the flow and make you feel that whatever you want /need can be done and they are always ready and willing)
We are having the seafood raw bar during CH and Fh and I are lookng forward to it, so becasue we arent going to go down during CH they will have a mini seafood bar in the bridal suite along with tons of other stations..and the Viannesse Hour....

lets just say I cant wait.....especially with all the extra's they recently added....I cant say enough kind words about the FT and the BM's..they are angels and truly want there clients to have the wedding of there dreams!!!!!!

I can't believe you did your final meeting! You must be getting super excited

Marianne is the best! She is always 'going with the flow' even when I go in to drop off payments! I can't believe they are going to have all 3 bars open for you! You must really have a big wedding????

It sounds like you got every option possible! What entrees did you add???

Floral Terrace girls,

Are you taking your wedding photos at FT in the Garden Room or are you planning on going somewhere else to take pics?

I'm getting married in March so the weather is iffy. I love the fact that they have the garden room but I also love the look of pictures outdoors.

Hi! There is a gazebo around there that somthinblu used. That's a good idea, plus it's close so if it's super cold you can run back in the limo and get to the FT. I am hopefully taking some with an old train by where I live.

Bella: Sounds terrific and I know that I am getting the similar stuff: the 3 bars during the reception, extra bartendars, etc. I can't wait to see how yours goes since mine will be similar with the amount of people. We are so excited for you!

Depending on the weather, I plan to take some pictures in the Garden room....I am heading to the Garden City Gazebo after church no matter what bc I don't want all my pictures in one place...Of course, this is all due to preference.

Does anyone know of any parks around FT to have pics taken? I definitely want pics taken in the garden room but if (hopefully) a nice day we also want some pictures taken outside.

i dont really want people there right after ther ceremony b/c that is where we will be having pics taken and i dont want them in the way. I dont care if they come 30 minutes before cocktail hour but not 2 hrs before..So i dont think that will be going on the invites

My invitations read that the reception starts at 7Pm...I don't care if people show up 20 minutes or so early, but I really don't want everyone hanging around there especially if we aren't there yet...

It is a personal opinion though

I'm not mentioning the champagne in the garden room on my invites.... but I am having buses transport my OOT guests from the hotel and I was planning on having the bus get to the FT around 6:10 or 6:15 so they could enjoy a drink before the cocktail hour starts at 6:30pm.
