I'd send a thank you for coming and sharing in your special day.

I actually had people (2 couples and 1 single) come to our wedding and not even bring a card. I thought it was rude not to even write a little something in a $3 card. But I'm not upset about it or dwelling upon it. I mentioned it to DH after I finished our 'gift spreadsheet' and he was shocked and a bit disappointed. He thought it was rude as well. But I said I would give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they brought a card and just forgot to give it to us. Or maybe we took the money out of the cards and misplaced the cards themselves. I keep looking back on our day and saying 'gee, i wish this had happened instead of this, etc'. But the fact of the matter is that the day has come and gone and all that matters is that we are finally married. And that is the best gift of all!

I would just send a pleasant thank you card, no picture. Just state that you're glad they could share in your wonderufl day and hope they had as an amazing time as you did. Signed, so and so. That's all and don't include a photo.
