OMG thank you so much!! I've been so busy I haven't been on LIW in almost a week!! Although I did sneak on really quick Saturday to see Alana's pictures - gorgeous!

I can't believe I am getting married in less than 2 days!! Still have last minute things to do. I was so rushed I didn't take any pictures at all of my DIYs - I did the bathroom basket, favor tags, menus, placecards and the tic tac labels. Hopefully someone will take pics of all that for you guys!

I will definitely be back with pictures and a review, although it may not be until I return from sunny Mexico!

Re: THE OFFICIAL Watermill Thread

Ok so this is probably against the Official rules but I am deciding on a RH. I haven't been to any as of yet but would like to know prices for the premium and gourmet menus for November...I am VERY interested in the watermill.

Thank you so much for helping me out!!!!

Re: THE OFFICIAL Watermill Thread

I am getting married on 9/3/07 at the Watermill. We booked the Vanderbilt Room and I have two questions - 1) Anybody think that room is going to look silly with only 170 people in it? 2) Anybody have any pics from ceremonies at the Watermill? I was told they would do the flowers for the ceremony and I'm curious as to what they do.
Thank you!

We had the Vanderbilt room and with last minute no's and a few no-shows we had around 176. You could not tell at all! They have 2 different size tables, so we had more of the smaller size with 8-10 guests at them. We had 18 tables.

I do have a few ceremony pictures in my album - our DJ took them. The flowers were really pretty. And the chuppah was absolutely gorgeous!!

Re: THE OFFICIAL Watermill Thread

Hey Ladies :

I'm cutting in, my wedding is not at the Watermill, however my soon to be Brother-in-law had his wedding there and it was wonderful. They had the cocktail hour outside (end of august) and I have to say that they do have an eleborate set up and great food. People still talk about the cocktail hour to this day. They had the first room on the left with the seperate bar area. She used high centerpieces and it look spectacular. There service was great - my waiter never let my glass get half empty

Good luck in all of your planning!!!
