Cermony 11:30am: I'm hoping it's still nice enough weather to have it outside . If not it will be in the Vanderbilt Suite

Cocktail Hour 12pm-1pm: Forgot the name of the room, but it's the one with big bar in it.

Reception 1pm-5pm: Astor Suite


I got married on 11/18/06 and it was nearly 60 degrees. We were able to take gorgeous pics on the beach so there is always hope for an outside ceremony!!!!! (Pics in album!)

Good luck to all the Watermillies - I'm always here if anyone has questions!!!

I just had my wedding there 04/14/07 and everything was perfect you guys have nothing to worry about. I will post pics when I get my proofs back.

Ok...here's the deal...Hoping to book the Vanderbilt room this week. However, was NOT impressed with the CH room. The CH would be in two separate rooms that are adjoined and the door would be open but they are still two rooms. Are there other CH rooms (must be inside bc winter wedding) TIA!

There is a bar to the right on the other side of the indoor cocktail hour room. It might be too small I can't remember.

Also, if no one books the Astor room on your date you might get lucky and they could do you CH in there.

I have to figure that out soon...so I will let you know.

Base on the booklet they gave us there were a bunch of different styles to choose from. They work with Erga bakery in Bethpage.
