I'm having people come to the house for hair and make-up. I'm using Jackie from I Make Up you (vendor on here) and for hair she works with someone named Carmella.

I am still going on trials Sept 5th I have a trial with Oksana and Jenn. I have a feeling that my serch will stop with them (hopefully) This is getting soo expensive

Nothing on mine is gone But I think mine is mid-September (my MOH--best friend--lives in Chicago so they called and asked if she could fly in, and she never could keep a secret!). But, it looks like we are moving into our condo next weekend! My invites are finally in and I am having trouble getting FH to give me his addresses! We were out with his friends and he asked them for their addresses, and they all said, yeah, yeah, later....

I haven't looked yet. But FH and I went to BB&B and Fortunoff to update our registry because some things were discontinued.

BB&B is awesome b/c u can update right online...

Same is true for Fortunoff. But there are issues with both. Not everything they have in the store is available online. So its best to go to the store. We got messed up because BB&B stopped carring our everyday dishes and FH and I don't really love what either store now carries. We settled for something else, but I don't love them and might end up returning them to go to a different store altogether to get new ones.

I have Stuff is starting to dissapear quickly. Oh, someone got me chocolate covered pretzels! Yes they were added to my BBB registry. I kid you not. Yummy!

I just got back from my design session w/ Jack & Rose. I'm so excited about all my flowers & my invitations are going to the calligrapher on Thursday!

Jen, we're using Jack & Rose too. How was your design session? Do you have pictures? I need to call and make an appointment. What time did you go? Last time I spoke to them, they said they only do them between 1 & 5pm and we can't take time off from work for this.

Hello 11/5, 11/6, 11/6 girls! I was online doing a search on calligraphy and somehow found my way to your thread. I have been reading your correspondences to each other and it is so nice to see how close you have gotten throughout the months and how you are going through each step with support. I too am getting married on Nov. 6th. It is going to be a 1920/30s wedding in a loft at The Metropolitan Building in L.I.C. Rick and I live together in Park Slope. I grew up in Kew Gardens and my mom continues to live there. I was looking for a calligrapher for my outside envelope and saw that you had found one for $.50 per envelope! Could you help me? I am starting to feel a little overwhelmed with everything. I've got the big things done, but it's those details!! Oh, I enjoyed your pics of cones filled with petals. Since I am having a 20s/30s wedding, I ordered old music sheets of ebay which I will color copy, make into cones and fill with white feathers. Anyway, thank you for listening! :
