Thanks. So what are you all up to now? What's next on the list of to-do's? I think that we're going to finalize our wedding bands. We're just about done. We just have to leave my engagement ring with him so that he can mold the band around my ring.

It's getting close! November is almost here!!!

FH is finally excited. We're sitting here printing the last of the envelopes, stuffing everything, sealing everything, attaching our wax seals! It's all seeming so real now!

Amy, so you sealed your envelopes with the wax seals? My FH and I were going to odo that, but it seemed like a lot of work. We love how it looks though. Did it end up being very time consuming?

Yes we used the faux wax seals. I LOVE the way they look, but I'm nervous they will get mangled at the post office. We did just our initials 'A&T' in silver wax to match our lined envelopes.

At first it was hard to get the hang of and we had issues where the stamp was sticking to the wax and if we pulled it up it was ripping the test paper we were using.

So then we decided to make all the seals ahead of time -- without risk of ruining envelopes. We kept the stamp on ice, used an old cookie sheet, and stamped away. When they were cool, they just pealed right up.

The good thing of doing it this way was that we could remelt the ones that came out crappy or trim the ugly edges if needed.

So then to put them on our envelopes, we put a thin dab of wax on the envelope and adhered the stamp.

They look AWESOME! We actually stayed up until 1.30a last night to finish everything. We were so close we just wanted them done.

Wow... that sounds like alot of work, but very well worth it in the end. I'm sure they came out beautiful!!! I would have liked to have done that.

So are you mailing them out today? How exciting! Soon the RSVP's will start coming in!

Allison--great picture! You look great--you look so thin, the working out really paid off (I hope I have as much luck at the gym before the big day!).

I was up late last night stuffing envelopes. But they are almost done! Yay!
