How far in advance did you all set your room blocks? we have people from FL, NV and CA who we are inviting, and I want to make sure we have enough hotel rooms blocked for them all. Do you do it one year in advance or a year and a half in advance?

Also, did you find more people wanted to stay at the Inn next door, or go to another hotel that was a little cheaper?

Thanks in advance!!


we blocked ours about 10 months in advance. We have some people staying at the inn, but most OOT people decided to stay at the excutive since it was a lot cheaper.

In fact, I think you have the shuttle booked off for the time slot right after mine!


i didnt block the shuttle actually. the few staying there are driving.

has anyone had the chocolate chip cookies they have over at the Inn?

Frank brought FH and I over there the other day and the cookies were so good I've been craving another one ever since!

I had the ones they had in the vianeasse (sp)....i wonder if they are the same?

I believe the room actually holds over 300 (let's see, 22 tables possible with a max of 14 per table so that's.......308) I think you'll be okay
