Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I remember by BM telling me the menus would be personalized..but i noticed the day of they weren't.. i didn't really care either way. It didn't ruin my day that they weren't... as a matter of fact, i forgot to even take our menu w/ us after the wedding..but luckily, our maitre'd stuck it in with all our stuff that they took back to the hotel for us.

I know they print the menus on white (or ivory?) paper but if we ask them, can we provide colored paper for them to print on?

Hey Ladies,

Does the Fox Hollow supply MENUS??? I'm on the fence with making my own, but don't feel motivated anymore to do so

yes they do supply them...i forget how many. i believe if you call and ask, they will personalize it for you though.

They can personalize them but make sure you are clear with them! They give one menu per person.

The menus are on a ivory/very light gold color.. I was trying to find a pic but I don't think i have it on this computer. I didn't mind the ivory paper since it is neutral. I would ask your BM about providing them paper..

Sorry another quick question. Do they put the appetizer out on the tables before guests come in? Cause I am not sure where they place the menus if thats the case? On the sides/napkins? hmm

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

for the girls who have/ will have their ceremony in the garden near the driveway to the hall:

Did/could you do an asile runner? Would I be walking down a real pathway or just on the grass? guess that would also determine what shoes I would need too..... no high heels on grass for me....

Anyway, I'm in an art and crafty mood and want to do a DIY personalized aisle runner, but not sure if I can even have one in the garden and/or if it would be a good idea. I didn't pay too much attention when we went there, I can't tell from the picture I have, and I don't really plan on going back for a few months to check. If it rains I know it'll look fine inside though....

Also, does anyone know how long I may need? I was told a limo company would provide it, but I will not be having limos...

Thanks!

the fox hollow does provide the runner for outside garden ceremony and some brides said if you asked for one, the Fox Hollow will give you a runnner to personalize. They said they throw them out after each use so giving them away wouldn't be a problem.

Fox Hollow will provide you with an aisle runner. And I was told you NEED one for the garden ceremony else everyone's heels will get stuck in the grass. Not sure about personalization though.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Hi Ladies,

We wanted to sample the menu and at first they told us they would comp dinner. Now they are telling us they will only comp drinks and apps.

Did anyone have their entire dinner comped?

I think they use an 8-10 passenger van. But it makes continuous runs for your guests to all get there. Iblocked it for 45minutes before thewedding and ater and it goes back and forth that entire time.

We went for the Apps and drinks last night. The food was amazing! And the Marini's were out of this world! We saw both of our rooms again....they just repolished all wood floors and they look amazing!

Dave and Frank were both there and answered more questions that we had.

i think you can do this if you have the oval tables. but IMO i would give my guests more space, if possible.

In the WGP you can fit 12 people per table.
