Does anyone know where the cake table, place card table, and gift table are located. I'm having my reception in the WGP. Are the tables round? Rectangle? Any pics you have of your displays would be amazing! TIA

The table for the place cards and gifts (usually on the same table) is rectangular. The table for the cake is round.

I have my '3 months to' appointment tonight. I can confirm if needed. My reception is at WGP as well.

The meeting went very well...thanks! ;)

As I stated earlier the table for place cards/gifts/favors etc is rectangular and the cake table is round. Jen confirmed both.

Jen was extremely help and very nice! She patiently answers 3 typed up pages of questions that I came armed with.

Let me know if you have any questions I can probably answer majority of them ;)

Mine was not near the Fox Hollow, we went to the city to Awesome 80s prom and got to stay after and dance at Webster Hall. We had a blast!

I'm officially a wife! We had the best day every! No rain and the fox hollow did a wponderful job! Everyone said the cocktail hour food was great. They gave me and DH plates and plates to sample....the WGP was awesome and guests said it was beautiful. I can't wait for more pics. I'm in hawaii and snuck on my blackberry...don't have photos on here but will asap. Congrats to all FH brides coming up!

Does anyone know anything about the Vendor insurance policy. Do they ask you for a copy of each vendor's insurance policy?

I know they said each vendor needs to have a 1 million insurance policy, just wondering how they follow up on that.

Each vendor needs to have/put a copy of their insurance on file with the hall. You should've been given a sheet to copy and give to each vendor with this information on it, if not give the FH a call and request one.

Hey Ladies,
Had my final meeting tonight and now I am so excited. I find out tomorrow for sure, but they think my Maitre'd will be Harry and Bridal Attendent will be Alexandra. Anyone have experience with them?

Also, for you future brides, here is some info. When you go for your final meeting (with payment and items for drop off) they will take a full inventory of everything, wanting to know numbers and the likes. I had already typed up a set-up list listing everything I brought with me and how/where it was to be set-up, this was helpful when I meet with the manager, she highlighted and added notes to it, I meet with Denise and she is fantastic! But in addition to this we had to spend a lot of time with the woman at the downstairs desk for the inventory list anyway, so a word of advice-get there a bit earlier then your scheduled time to do this and if you can do the set-up list/directions it made meeting with Denise much easier. I also made a take-home list of everything that needed to come back with me.
