Does anyone have a picture of the Best Western Shuttle or know how many people can fit on the shuttle? Thanks


I think they use an 8-10 passenger van. But it makes continuous runs for your guests to all get there. Iblocked it for 45minutes before thewedding and ater and it goes back and forth that entire time.


Really, it continues to shuttle the entire time?!? wow! How does the shuttle work? Do guests sign up for a time to go on the shuttle?

I know they are circle tables...will 13 fit alright? I feel like they'd wanna be together vs. 6 and 7


In the WGP you can fit 12 people per table.

Are you planning on giving Fox Hollow an accurate head count or a few less? I have been told to tell them a few people less becuase last minute people who do not show but I am not sure how many less to say.

Ladies, for those of you that already had your wedding (or anyone else of course): do any of you happen to know the dimensions of the place cards table that Fox Hollow provides.

I am doing a DIY project where I am putting together trees (made out of branches) with crystals and hanging place cards and I wanted to make sure the table is large enough to fit my favors, guest book, money box and of course the trees.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i did, i believe my quote was somewhere around $119, not 100% on that b/c i don't have it written down. they did provide a shuttle. i went and check out the rooms and was not happy. they are EXTREMELY tiny and the room I saw smelt. Now, I've heard of people having pleasant experiences, but I couldn't block there based on the experience I had.

Yes I got a contract for Oct 2010. 109King, 119Double at Best Western
