Went shopping today and got some bp gifts-

got groomsmen each money clip and my moh music box

I ordered my RB gift today!!!

My RB (aka, my nephew) is head over heels in LOVE with cars of all types...if it has 4 wheels, he goes nuts over it. And he also has this obsession with clocks...so could there be a better gift than this? Plus, the license plate will be personalized with his name!! FH suggested we buy him toy car from the movie 'Cars' to round out the gift.

Now all that's left (for gifts, that is) is Usherette gifts and Parent gifts.

Any suggestions for gifts for 4 girls (ages 16, 14, 12 and 11)...under $15 each?

maybe small trinke boxes with the girls names on them??? that is a tough one---

I'm joining you all very late! Getting married 11/15/08, but we're having a destination wedding...Naples, Florida. Still so much to do. Thanks for all the great help and suggestions so far!

Hey I notice that it is starting to pour for October girls. I cannot wait for it to starting pouring for the November brides! Do any of you know when your shower is going to be?

mine is sept 14th (i requested that it wasn't a surprise). i think my moh was finishing up the invites this weekend but im not sure...she's supposed to be sending them out end of july (which is now). fmil keeps asking about the invites.

my wedding invites came in on thursday and i finally got to opening them! im happy with the printing job...they're wrapped in plastic still cuz i dont want to get them dirty!

if anyone hasn't ordered their invites yet and are interested in letterpress...the vendor i used for printing is very affordable in comparison to any other letterpress prices out there

Mine is Sept 21st, the first day of Fall! No surprises here because my parents are in FL and need to come up, my sis is 8 mos pregnant, and there's way too much going on all at once.

But..... I found out a few people already received their invitations! Each day, things like this happen and it makes this all seem more real by the minute!

Mom finally got her dress this weekend

Mine too!!!

We ended up getting a sample gown and so we got an awesome deal!! It was an 850 dollar dress for almost half price!!! It fit her perfectly and was gorgeous. The shop owner said it was made for her and made it affordable. We were so in shock that we could afford it that we forgot the get the designer name or take a pic of it. lol Its a nice medium brown color with really light pink almost silvery bead work.

Now to work on FMIL's dress.

Thats awesome! My mom was dreading shopping for a dress so she kept putting it off. But it fit her perfectly. Hid the areas she wanted to. She got it in wine.

Now onto FMIL's too. She was waiting for my mom to get hers first.

My mom got her dress this weekend too at David's Bridal. We randomly stopped in there to check out Flower Girl dresses, and she saw this dress she really liked and ended up ordering it!!!!
