When I tried on the 2nd one I thought OMG this is it. My sil said OMG that is it!!
But when I saw the pic of me I though OMG I look huge!! and thought that the 1st one looked better.. I still have plenty of time and plan on loosing at least another 30 lbs (I lost 43 so far) then maybe the 2nd one will look better. I dont know, I am kinda confused. But at least I still have plenty of time.

Yes, you have plenty of time and congrats on the weight lose, but you will still look beautiful if you loose weight or not. On a positive note, both dresses look great on you.

I know, I'm trying to keep it alive. What type of dress are we looking for? I not into spending thousands of dollars for the dress, I was thinking of wearing a cocktail evening dress (long) and for the reception a party dress I can dance in. Both dresses I will wear again. Any thoughts?

Just a comment from a married lady.....

Give a lot of thought as to whether or not you want a 'traditional' wedding dress or not.

Thnak you so much. I still may find something else completely different. I am not planning on ordering my dress till either aug or sept '09

I think I might have found our rings. My engagement is a princess cut 3 stone ring with channel sides. i think this ring will go perfect with it. The ring for FH is a plain white gold band with a few chips in it. The pics are in my album. i am so excited!!

your rings are beautiful. I haven't started that process yet. I'm leaning towards a sapphire and diamond band because I think it will look great with the e-ring and is a different take on the usual diamond band, but who knows? (My e-ring is an oval diamond with tapered baguettes.)

In case everyone hasn't noticed I like to be traditional with a little bit of 'me' thrown in. Hence, the sapphire and diamond wedding band, the chocolate frosted wedding cake, etc.

Oh, I have thought about that a lot and I am not a traditional lady at all. I'm a person who love a backpack and hate pocketbooks, bags etc.

They both look beautiful. He had brought my rings as a set, so he didn't have to go back twice. As for his ring, he showed me a ring in Target and said I want a simple band, please don't spend a lot of money. The ring was in sterling sliver and cost $50, so I have not brought his ring. I guess he wants me to spend the money for his ring on something else. P.S. He will not change his mind, it's a close subject. Oh well, next subject.

Both our rings together are going to be under $375. That is under our $500 budget for rings. FH is very happy with the prices. He never realized how much of a bargain hunter I was until we got engaged. When I told him that we can do our wedding under 15,000, he told me I was insane. Well so far we are way under budget and we are going to have a beautiful wedding.

OMG!! i am so excited. My ring was originally $243.00 and marked down to $129.99. I just ordered them and when I checked out I got another $39 off my ring. So it came to $90.99!!!!!!!!! I cant believe it!!!

I'm not doing anything wedding related until after the holidays now. It's time for a break. We still have limo's, shuttle buses, BM dresses, wedding bands, favors, tuxes, everything I'm going to wear except for my gown, hair and make up to figure out, BP gifts, and the HM to book (even though it's already all planned)

Whew! I'm exhausted just typing all that!
