Hi Datetwin, we are almost at DD, that is rather new. I also like the new photo! You guys make such a cute couple.

My invitations arrived last Thursday, but I went away for the weekend so I haven't been able to admire them yet. hehehe

Other than that, we are looking at limo places tomorrow and friday. And favor shopping with the mothers hopefully this weekend too.

How about anyone else...I can't wait for it to be August!

hi everyone, my invites are addressed, FMIL is addressing hers, but i'm still waiting for 30ish addresses from FH (better have them by Monday) or i'm going to throw a fit. i have no veil , shoes, headpiece or bouquet yet... hope to get that done by the end of this month! am making my own almond favor things so that project will be starting soon too. can't wait for Friday. another communion party to attend Saturday and then i should be good until shower in June

It's official I am now in DD!!! I have been waiting for this.

Hopefully it is true...once you hit DD, the time just flies!!

Bklyngrl - do not worry, I have no limo, tuxedos, shoes, or veil yet either. I am sure things will work out.

Ahhh! I am in double digits now too! Deep breaths...deep breaths.

Last weekend I ordered a tiara type dealy. Yesterday I ordered pocketfolds for my DIY-ish invites. I am closing in on favor options. We blocked our hotel rooms. And I have a hair trial Saturday! Whoohoo!

I am at my 3 month mark today!!! I can't believe how fast the time is going!!

I got a call yesterday about my invites...should be here in 4 days, so I am hoping to get the out by the first week of June!!! Other than that I need to work on my underwear/bra, favors, place settings, unitly candle... I supposed all of the little details!!!

hi girls.. well not so fun news.. my fiance just got his appendix taken out - it was a horrible and late late night tues - wed.. in the ER all night and then i went to work on wed..

but he is fine - glad it wasnt 3 months from now - so looking on the bright side..

just finalized my menu on monday night and im going to the bakery to look at cakes..
invites will be sent to inkspun by mon or tues

AND - my personal trainer is kicking my butt - 3 months to get skinny for a bikini.. haha

Hello girls! 3 months..can't even wait! I have done so much, but it still seems like there is so much more..Finally ordered invites, and waiting for them to arrive..
I have to make my appt. for my first fitting Have you girls gone yet?

I mailed my invites out on Monday already what a relief....
I sent them so early because I have a 6-25-06 rsvp date and I want to get started as soon as I can with the seating arrangements. I just booked some tables and chairs and a tent for our rehearsal dinner the day before a bbq at my mom's house. I'm getting soooo excited its right around the corner girls....

Oh no Mary!!! Glad to hear he is doing ok...thankfully it happened now, I couldnt even imagine!!

I havent done my menu yet...I am waiting for the hall to call me!!!! Oh well, I am sure it will be soon enough!

So jealous about the trainer...Mike was going to get me some sessions for my b-day, but I said I didn't need it!! Boy I was wrong!

hi girls.. glad to report that my FI is bored out of his mind in the house and dying to get out.. haha.. he seemed to recover - maybe 80%.. we went for a walk before to get out of the house..he is flying to Fl sunday for the BIG EAST basbeall tourney..

mel - im sure you dont need a trainer - i love mine though - she teaches classes at my gym and we just clicked..

are you girls getting you FI a gift for the wedding?? is that a tradition or needed?? dont know..

I got a call from the store where I bought the Bridesmaids dresses and my gown and the owner told me they were never ordered!!! Never order because they never received my sister's deposit!!! I'm like, why wouldn't you tell me and she insisted that she did and she insisted that she called my sister and left messages. My sister never received a message and my sister lives in NC. Less then 4 months to go and your telling me this?? Why wouldn't you tell the bride??? I would have give you the deposit. She totally blamed my sister. So we had to put a rush on the dresses and they will be in on 7/22 and she better not charge for the rush...or else! And now I'm nervous and called back to see if I can come down and try on my dress and they said they don't recommend it because they don't like to handle the dress that much!!! HOW THE!!! It's my f'n DRESS!! So instead of starting my fittings in July, I am starting them next week just so I can see my dress and try it on. Any advice for me??

I sort of mailed out my invites. I mailed them to he my mom in New York and once she receives them in about a week she is going to bring them to the post office for me.

I don't have much of advice for you but definitly wanted to say sorry that you had to deal with all this. That must be a real pain, and sometimes I have to wonder about these wedding gown places.

If you do plan on going for your fittings I have been reading to bring your shoes that you plan on wearing. Not sure what else, since I don't plan on having fittings until July. Otherwise, try to enjoy the moment. I hope things all will work out.

Congratulations to all who are getting their invites out in the mail. I have to wait until next week to assemble them. I am hoping to have them out by the end of next month.

We finally narrowed down limo and tuxedo companies. Now we just have to get the deposits and stuff down....so two more things about to be crossed off the list.

I plan on sending my invite the first week of June.

In regards to the dress, I am starting my first fiting on June 11. I resisted the temptation of trying it on when it came in 'just because' it's my dress. I know the more you handle it, the dirtier it gets. Trust me... I went to see it though.
