Hi ladies, I am now an August bride like you all. I was actually going to be married in June, but I called off the wedding...we broke up for a while...now we are back together, and my wedding is in August rather then June. We did some major changes. I am really happy that we are getting married in August though. I am closing on a condo next week, and moving along with the planning (again).

I didn't realize how many August 26 brides are there. It seems that we are all in good company.

As for invites I am sending them out the week of June 23rd.

Hey girls!! Can you believe that we are getting married in approx 4 mos!! Where is everyone with their planning? I was on hiatus for awhile, but I am starting to get back into it. We have our e-pics on Sunday (we have been waiting for warmer weather), and we should be getting our finished invites this weekend! I plan on sending my invites out the first week of June with a July 20th reply date. I have loads of details to work on, so it is time to get moving!

This past week I have been printing out the envelopes for my invitations little by little at work. My printer at home s@#$% so I have to sneak & do it here. (We have the heavy duty bad boys at my office ! Im sending out all the invitiations that have to go to Italy this weekend. Also, Im going shopping for my shoes.. yeay exciting WOO HOO!!!! Coming along.. Less then 4 months

i just picked up my invites from duval... i like them - hate to say i dont love them -very plain - but thats what i wanted - i had a lot of trouble deciding..

BUT - im excited i have them!!! now off to inkspun..

8/5 brides - i cannot believe we are in double digits! i did alot over my spring break (teacher) and now only have invitations and officiant left to do. hurrah! out of curiosity, where are people going on their honeymoon? we have not decided yet.

Yea, We have our invites still to do, which are coming in next week, calligraphy and all, dress fittings, rings, shoes, bra,etc..oh and also paying everything off.

Hello to all my 8/5 date twins!!! Double digits are here! I took some time off from planning, things at home are a bit sticky right now, but we are getting back on track. I found the vases for my centerpeices at Jo-Ann's Fabric tonight, only 99 cents each! Now I just have to figure out what to fill them with!

We have a package: 4 days 3 nights on Grand Bahama Island and 4 days 3 night in Orlando... not sure when we are going yet though, since we may not be able to take the trip right after the wedding. Good thing is we have a year and a half to use the package!
