that true- i know VYC offers alot but i love the viennese hour & heard its amazing!! i know its hard about dress shopping- dont worry you will find the one. you definitely can find a dress under $1500 just dont go to bridal reflections or kleinfields-

I have been to BR...not Kleinfelds, I kinda wanna go, but I am scared to go because I am afraid that I will find something out of my budget, the website says that the dresses start at 1,500. Soooo. please I have been to:

It does not need extras, the VYC sells it self and its service. I bought my dress at Bridal reflection, not because the service was great because of the gowns. They all do not carry the same gowns. I spent alot more than 1500. I did not want to spend as much as I did, but fell in love with the gown.

i cant wait to see your dress!!! yeah VYC is awesome! i wish my wedding was next year but i will use this time to save money! i think i will add the seafood boat- can i add it after the contract has been done- do i call my BM to let her know?

You can wait to add it because they have to add it in the contract. We have to sign a contract with bill to add Viennese HR. I figured that in January or February go for tasting and do it then. I am trying to save money right now, you have no idea. I do not shop at all, lunch consists of 3.50 a day max and I work so much overtime its crazy. I do not think I will be able to go to school next semester. I am trying to save, but keep sending money to vendors. I think we will save with invitations and DIY menus.

I can't wait to see my dress either! I am sure you can add anything (food wise) to your contract probably up until a week before! I wouldn't worry!

Tatum, just keep looking, I think you still have time to find a gown. I must say the more you try on gowns the more confused I got. It is so hard because it is so important that its so hard to decide.

yeah i feel like i'm spending alot of $ on my vendors but i think they are all worth it. i have a meeting w/ a dj next week. i'm also going to look at FM entertainment- they seem great! dresses- i couldnt agree more i think the more u try on the more you are confused! my consultant told me that also- HTH

I haven't even met with a florist yet, I have no idea! I don't think I am going to have floral centerpieces...I am going withe something beachy, shells, sand...and candles with maybe some rose petals. I just think flowers are sooo expensive so I am cutting in that department. And to be honest, I haven't ever seen one bo-k that excites me! I am probably going with a green color (more like celery) for dresses so I am not even sure what green flowers they have, there is little selection.

Hey Irene! Well I spoke with him yesterday, he has 3 that he contacted and waiting to hear back from them. Yes I went to a showcase. Actually 2! The second one was to check out a percussionist and the guy was LAME - he was highly recommended, however, FIZZLED at the showcase....He is having another one on Wednesday and hopes that one of the guys will come there to do his thang....I hope so!

Get in shape?....for what? You said you are nearly done booking all your vendors and I am SURE you weren't talking about your body.

I know what you mean, I am spending alot on flowers and that is definetley an area you can save with. I was going to do a beachy theme, but I decieded to go with red roses. I wanted reoses on the cake. I thought it would be romantic with red, but wish I saved on flowers though. Did you pick your BM dresses?::

Yea right - come on - I don't even have MY dress yet! I figure I will pick the BM after mine, maybe try to find something to compliment it. You are doing BL 966, right? That dress is very popular, I love it! My friend may be getting that one, I had to try it on and she loved it.

I figured it was pretty and I love the champagne color so to make it easy I went with that dress. Do you want a ball gown or mermaid? What exactly you looking for?

yeah that bm dress bill levkoff 966- is very popular- i was going to use that but my MOH has a large chest & i didnt want it to be uncomfotable for her when she danced- i need something w/ straps- maybe i'll just have them try it on to see if they like it!
