Re: The first official Venetian Yacht Club aka VYC thread...

I am going for a food tasting probably in January. Karen, I do not think the Venitian gives you an extra hour for the Vienese Hour. I will call Bill today, maybe because we are getting the extra hr for the ceremony we do not get an extra hr for Vienese.

Re: The first official Venetian Yacht Club aka VYC thread...

I'm going for my tasting on Saturday!!

I'll be sure to give you girls a full report when I get back.

I'm not planning on doing the VH. We're already getting way too much food. I had to have the ice cream bar though.

No, we're not adding any extras. You get so much already, why pay for more?

I think we're taking pictures at Smith's Point beach.

We're using Tommy's Tunes for our DJ.

There is the Venetian SHores not far from there for beach, and there is Argle Park which is even closer.

Re: The first official Venetian Yacht Club aka VYC thread...

It is CERTAINLY worth a try - I am sure they could! That is the best part of VYC - we are the only brides! (well usually) they certainly would be having another event after yours..even if they did - it is not like you are asking to make it earlier.

My CH was orginally going to start at 7pm, but since the church is a 5pm (in bellmore) i really felt like we would not have enough time for pics and i did not want to miss too much of the CH, so when i went for my food tasting i asked Bill if it would be possible for us to change the time to 7:30pm and he had no problem with that! I feel soooo relieved - i was freaking out that we were going to have no time for pics!!!
