I need to say thank you for posting that website... I sent my request in yesterday and my first quote was for $6700 May 31-June 11. First night in Tahiti, 4 nights in morea and 5 Nights in Bora Bora in an over water bungalow.
I was seriously shocked that it really is AFFORDABLE!
I am looking forward to see what the other quotes I get!
I think you are talking about the tripology site that I posted?
If so ... you are very welcome!! So glad to see that it worked out for another person!!! YAY!!
Yea the trip IS afforadble!! How f*ckin good does that feel?
I literally almost cried the day I booked it. And I SO would have if I didn't have to teach that day!!! haha!!!

Oh it is!
Everyone should go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I fell in love with pictures of the location.... and have been dreaming of going there for my honeymoon ever since. I did a lot of research because it's super expensive... and with the wedding being so expensive in itself we weren't sure if it was possible. But I did my research and found some great deals and a great travel agent.
Its right inbetween Fiji Islands and Hawaii. It's a little more secluded than Hawaii and supposed to be more romantic. There's not McDonalds or anything like that there. I think they also have black sand beaches and all that too.
On average . how much for Bora Bora? 12k ?

Re: Bora Bora Thread
I finally got FH to agree to BORA BORA!! I am SO exctied. We are going to the Hilton Bora Bora Nui for 5 nights in an overwater bungalow plus a night in Tahiti. Then, we're flying back to LAX and spending a week in California.I didn't get to use Chloe from Gotahiti or Claudia from Pacific for Less, because we ended up getting a better rate from one of my BM's friends who is a travel agent. But, both of these women were fabulous and I'd highly recommend either of them!

That's pretty good. We wanted to stay longer so we stretched it and got deals like stay 5 pay 3 etc. But that's good. It includes flights and taxes.
I'm paying about 8500 for both of us from LA to moorea and bora bora. 9 nights moorea and 5 nights (maybe 6??) in bora bora. Also the time of year you go can make it less or more expensive... even though the weather is relatively steady year round.

It really depends... on what scale hotel you want and also how long you plan on going there. You can pay anwheres from about 3000 per person... and it can go upwards of 15 - 20 g (for both). It all depends.
I just listed what we are paying to go on the post above. Also the particular room you want factors into the price.

I don't know that I would call it JUST a hotspot for newlyweds. But I'm sure there are a lot of honeymooners there... however, there are other people there too.
I'm sorry... I'm just confused.

It included the overwater bungalow and a regular garden room in Moorea, not the one with the personal pool. I'm shopping around but def going through a travel agent because there are a lot of catches here and there
