Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
There are multiple choices (3 I think) but I don't think they'll do a sampler. It can't hurt to ask though!

ok i just called to give them my change of address, and woooo they booked my appointment to finalize evertyhign!! july 1st!![]()

Ok, that makes me nervous.. Our weddings are the same date at FH and they haven't contacted me. I'm guessing you asked and they let you book it?
Can someone tell me how the cake selection works? Can I bring pictures of what I'm looking for? I know they have books to look through but is there any way I get to have some time to decide? Do I have to choose right there an then?
ETA: re: the vendor prices, I recently called and asked them about this and they said the vendors (and children) are 1/3 the price of your per guest price- not 1/3 off. It sounded really cheap to me so I clarified it carefully and that is what they told me. Also, this is as long as you meet your minimum..

I would double check that again. i was married there less than 2 months ago and mine were 1/3 off. Not 1/3 total.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I believe I got a really really awesome price at FH for a Friday night wedding.... or I have a really big budget... lol. I tried to get a room at the Inn, but I'm not getting married in the right month
. I did get a couple of things that I imagine are standard. Is it possible to get other things thrown in when you pick the menu, or no?

Do not let it make you nervous!!! You will receive your letter and you can make your appointment. They made her appointment now because she called them. You can call any time and i'm sure they'll take your appt!
For cakes - they have a book available, actually, several books available for you to pick - but if you can supply a picture, that is a great idea too!

Candy bar (i only provided ONE jar & candy).
After dinner drinks bar (not a special request - jus standard).
Waffle Zabglione - the desert we chose (in addition to cake).
Us having a few moments in the WGP before everyone else!
Was the waffle thing good, cuz my parents went to a bar mitzvah recently and said they didn't like it and we are not getting it for the wedding.? Maybe it was an off day???
Everyone LOVED it at our wedding...that's all i know!

we had the waffle hot fudge sundae and everyone loved it! Their vanilla ice cream was actually really good and i had them add whip cream and a cherry so it would be a proper sundae. LOL. It was a huge hit!

I'm not a pastry fan so they let me do vanilla ice cream instead of the cream stuff so we had a waffle sundae, it was really cool.
