Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I got my final letter in the mail today! I am so excited! When I walked in from work and saw it lying on the floor i screamed a little. And when FH walked in the door I was like guess what, and I told him and he was excited too. Yay!!!

anyone have a photo booth at their reception? FH really wants on, but I am not sure where it will fit
I think it would really depend upon what room you were in and how many people you were having. We were in the Garden Terrace with 230 people and I couldn't even think of putting another thing in there. Had I had 175...i think it would have been great. What room are you in?
We are in the WGP, planning on around 100 people

Ok sorry. Linens I think I can decide on now - maybe even the other things - but what else is there in this meeting? Anything? I guess I need to reach to my parents and FH's to see if there are any special dietary needs in the families - how do you even know? I am not calling everyone!
If there were severe dietary issues that you would have to worry about - you would know. Someone would've told you on the RSVP cards.
The only ones we worried about was Dave's mom - SEVERELY wheat & gluten allergic. Any diabetic meals are an easy fix, etc...
I can't remember what else is in the meeting....generic things - like giving your vendor information, etc...(be sure to type up the vendors - they appreciate it greatly)..
We won't have our RSVPs back until August, and probably some in Sept ... so I will just ask my mom and my FMIL if they know of any MAJOR ones. Thanks, as always!

IMHO, I think you would be fine if you were having 100 ppl. I wasn't in that room so I don't honestly know...perhaps someone who was in there could give you a better opinion. Jess? GinaZ? Anyone??

yup, it'll definitely fit - the back corner (by the fountain) would be a good place for it to be out of the way. We had 114 in that room and it was perfect. very comfortable, yet it didn't look empty.

I agree with the numbers - but i'm not sure about back by the fountain...i'd think maybe against the wall when you walk in - and have some chairs there for people to be able to sit & wait...

i had 100 in the wgp and it was roomy. i think it'll work out great. the most space seemed to be by our table, by the back wall/ fountain.lots of pics on our wedsite tessandbryan.com

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Did any of you WGP girls think at one point you'd have too many? I'm planning on 120, because we're after the holiday & am strong arming my mom & FMIL to find out what the deal is with out of towners because they will put us up to 170 invited! I need to pray for 'NO'S' Never in my life have I wanted to be rejected! LOL

what they told me was that they don't normally allow a number as low as mine was in the WGP (my minimum was 80) - but because we were in January - they allowed it. The room can hold MANY more than that!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I just started reading all of your posts that were started in 2007, not realizing how many pages you guys had. I did just book the Fox Hollow for Aug 13, 2010 and I want to thank you for all the information you guys have spent time posting. I wish I would have seen some of it before I booked, but it was/is still very helpful.

Welcome, I booked my room with Susan two weeks ago!! I saw all this information as an afterthought but it will certainly assist me when it's time to plan the menu!

Haha, I'm having the opposite problem... we booked for 110 and I think I might just make it. So, if any of your guests want to see a wedding at the Fox Hollow and you have no room... send them to my wedding

I am praying that people say no to mine as well! I have like 175 on the list and don't want to go over 150.

I think we are inviting 172!!!! The room holds 158! (They tell you 156 but in reality it's 156 + the bride and groom = 158.) I am very scared. We are only inviting close family and friends for the most part, so I am not sure how many no's we will get. FILs added 26 people a nfew months ago who she says will not come ... and if they don't, we are fine .. but I am nervous that they will. Worse comes to worst I may have to ask the Fox Hollow to add another table!!!!
Not sure what they would say to that request, and if it's against fire codes, etc. Or, FMIL will have to call the ones who said yes that she didn't expect to and tell them they can't come!
