FYI - Called Fox Hollow today to ask about vendor meals. A band I was looking into said they would just prefer pizza instead of some big meal. So they said I couldn't bring in outside food like pizza BUT I could tell them to just eat at the cocktail hour and there would be no charge. Otherwise its 1/3 off.


thats nice to know, but how do you tell vendors they can only have cocktail hour? It seems kindda rude. Maybe give them a choice? Cocktail hour usually has the best food

Actually one of the vendors suggested it. Really one of the things I didnt like about fox hollow is the vendor meal price, it was the highest of all the places we looked.

Ladies- just an idea. How about all of us that are already married, post a picture of the reception room all decorated for our weddings. So other girls can get ideas and see how the lighting was and the set up was. I think most photogrpahers get a shot of the room before everyone goes in.

Such an awesome idea!!!!!!!! Post away ladies!!

Yeah, I think it's high too. I think they should be half off.... they are only eating the entree, right? No salad, app, dessert or cake for them ... or cocktail hour, or drinks really! Cocktail hour is soo big, that has to be a large part of the pp charge.

So, I just booked the Fox Hollow Winter Garden Pavillion for my April 2010 wedding! I am so excited!! The room is beautiful! Please tell me everything there is to know about Fox Hollow...my experience so far has been GREAT! I can't wait for my reception...whoo!!

Was the waffle thing good, cuz my parents went to a bar mitzvah recently and said they didn't like it and we are not getting it for the wedding.? Maybe it was an off day???

I hope so- I don't want to rely just on the wedding cake as just the dessert. I personally don't even like cake! guess I will find out next month
