Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Does anyone know how many tables the briar fox room can hold? The paper they gave us to fill out has 12, but we wanted 13. Unlucky number I know. I don't see how this will eb a problem

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Well it can hold up to 180, once you go over 150, the tables turn to oval to accomodate more. Under 150 the tables are round. When I spoke to the florist, he said 10 to a table and oval holds 12. So I would think up to 15 tables.Edited: to correct something

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Does anyone know if you can use round tables in the Garden terrace room? I was thinking about it this weekend, and I thought it would really break the room up better if they were round. Just curious. thanks!

I have another question for you guys.So it says that I have to submit an alphabetized list of all my guests, okay-----what about the people who are bringing dates and i don't know their names? do I just write Dave wood and guest in the alphabetized list? or do i have to call these people and ask for their dates full names? that seems alittle crazy, i'll do it if i have to, but i rather not....

So my FH and I took a couple of friends to dinner at the Red Hunt Club at Fox Hollow. As promised we did get free drinks and appetizers (our whole party -- not just FH and I) The food was delicious, and I took a sneak peak at a wedding in the WGP while we were walking by... beautiful. Every time we go to the Fox Hollow I get more and more excited about our wedding.
The food was delicious!! We loved it. The service was great too. It was a little pricey but totally worth it. If you all get the chance I recommend you go to the restaurant. FH and I are going to go again on the 'one year until our wedding' date.
Did you go to dinner there Saturday night? Because if you did, you may have seen my wedding in the WGP!!! It was absolutely beautiful and fantastic...for all the concerns we may have had before the day, everything was absolutely perfect yesterday.![]()
Do you have any pics???? Congrats!!!!!

We gave everyones names. But I made anyone bringing a guest tell me the guests name cus we needed their names for the escort cards anyway...

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Question about placecards:I am using placecard holders that come in small plastic boxes. I am not giving them out in the boxes because then I couldn't get the little cards on them. Does the Fox Hollow do this FOR ME (put the cards in the holders) or do I need to bring them to the Fox Hollow with the cards already in the holders, ready to be put out on the table?
I had a terrible dream about the wedding last night in which nothing went right at all - my photog didn't come to my house in the am as I was getting ready, my limo was late, ALL of my things for centerpieces, placecards, etc were still at my house and NOT at the fox hollow, where they belonged ... and I guess I am freaking out a bit about everything now!

They will let you use round tables but it depends on the number of guests you will be having. I would call them and find out what the max can be for round tables!

WOW, I am surprised! Thanks. This is a lot less work for me and also will ensure that none of the cards will get crushed, etc.

Same thing here - we had all names. For those we weren't sure of - we got the names, as we needed them for placecards.

Question ladies - How many color options are there for the tableclothes and napkins? Is it additional to go with a color?

But then why do they need the person's guest's name as well? Would the card just say John Doe and Guest?
