I know this may be a stupid question but does FH provide the table numbers? I know they provide the frames but do they actually include the numbers also.

I was going to do my own but i really don't want to bother with it so close to the date. I already have so much left to do.

I was at the FH on Saturday morning and I saw the bride come in, it was just so amazing thinking this time next year, I will be that bride!!!

But as always, the place looked gorgeous.

I am 90% positive that they do have the numbers as well. I remember them discussing this a few months back about how either each room or each BM had their own set to use.

i was in the winter garden pavilion. there were gold frames with the table numbers in them. wish i had pics!

Thank you!!! The gold frames will go perfectly with my color scheme. I'm in the WGP room also.

Now one other question...when you call in your final count, do they give ypou your total amount right then over the phone? I am only asking because according to all the paper work that AnnMarie gave us at the final arrangements meeting, it states that I have to call on 2/5/09. With my final count and that they only accept certified check, bank check or cash for the final payment. I would need to know beforehand the amount that's due right?

Please excuse me ladies. It seems like with only 2 weeks to go my ignorance is getting the best of me. I really appreciate ALL the help you ladies have given me.

I am getting so discouraged because I keep trying to get in touch with AnnMarie about things I mustt know before the rehearsal dinner but she isn't calling me back.. I keep asking here but no one seems to know/answer me. Please girls, if any of you have her email, can you please give it to me.

i got a email with a dinner package.. i think it would be so romantic !!

ETA.. we just called to make the reservation and they only have 5pm and 9pm available.. those times stink!! oh well . .

If it is included it will be written on your contract. They are not always included it seems.

Chair covers are not included, but many girls have gotten them thrown in at no charge. I wouldn't panic if you didn't get them thrown in, they look nicer, but I wouldn't have paid for them. The bride is really the only one that notices the chairs :)

Do you ladies know if the Fox Hollow has a grooms suite. I know they have the bridal suite but I was just woindering if they had one for the groom. I do know that some halls have both.

I paid 400.00 for Rev. Nick
