Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Good luck to thoes girls who are getting married soon! can't wait to hear about your wedding day.

As for the tables...I remember 14 for oval and 12 for round tables as max last time it was discussed but i'm not 100% sure which room they were talking about. I would assume it would be the same for that room as well however.

Hey girls! For those who got married or know the answer to this- I am having my reception in the WGP and I am starting to do the seating charts and I was wondering, can 11-12 people fit comfortable at a table? Are the tables big enough for comfort? Any info would be much appreciated. TIA!

If you go w/ the oval tables you should be okay

does anyone know if the the chair covers are in included at the fox hollow? i dont remember if they told me this or not... TIA!

also - im having my reception in the garden terrace - where do the seating cards go? my CH will be outside... so from there to inside - where would the cards with whos at what table be? TIA

My wedding had the same setup. I only got to see it in the video, but our placecards were set up on a table outside. I think they can also set them up on the piano in the rose hunt restaurant, if you are having people gather there first..

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Hey Ladies,

I just wanted to let you know a few things.

First, I sent Annemarie an email a few days ago and was wondering why I had not heard back from her, so unlike her. I just got an email from Jennifer that she can help me becuase Annemarie is on a leave of absence. I hope she'll be back soon! I remember someone else wondering why they had not heard back from her so I just wanted to share.

Second, if you are registered at Fortunoffs beware, it looks like they are in trouble again, looking for a new buyer, may file for bankruptcy, may close. In any case they have many items that they are already not restocking and they are encouraging people to use store credit and gift cards ASAP to be safe. I am in the midst of moving my registry elsewhere.

Genine

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I know that they decorate the ceremony and coctail hour. Does anyone know if they do anything for your seating card table?

Is there anything I need/ should look into for the reception except the centerpieces, flowers for our table, and a few flowers for the cake?

What about the gift table?

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know what is considered an upgrade for the cake and what they charge for each upgrade?

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

The Briar Fox Room...this is my room and I am extremely concerned about the low ceilings, if it feels like a basement and if it gets stuffy with everyone dancing?

Any feedback?

I am also concerned with the amount of people...our list is close to 200..I don't want to be too crowded.

We went to the Watermill Showcase a couple of weeks ago and saw the DJ performance in the downstairs room....there were so many people in there dancing...it started to get really hot and have a horrible sweaty smell....would this happen in the Briar Fox?

Thanks so much!

thats also my room, im inviting about 165 but i picked that room bc of the fireplace and the cozy feeling during the winter. if u have that many people, maybe u can go to the garden terrace? do u expect most people to come?

eta: i get nervous reading these things though lol
