Hi ladies --- 2 weeks to go and I am checking things off my list left and right --- today I left a message for Frank requesting Harry and AnnMarie for my maitre d and bridal attendant! AnnMarie is the same AnnMarie that I've been working with forever -- she is a sweetheart so I know she will be great on my wedding day -- and she said she works well with Harry. She only does one, maybe two weddings a weekend as the coordinating is more her job, but she likes attending so she does it a little. She cannot request herself so if you want her you need to call Frank, Denise or Jose.
I am also buying coffee beans for my centerpieces this weekend ... printing my donation favor sign ... and making my iPod playlists for the two breaks my band is taking during the reception as well as a CD for the Fox Hollow to play during the cocktail hour. Might buy gourds too, not sure if it's too early.
Hope you all are doing well!
AHHHH we have two weeks can you believe it Jenn??? IT came so fast! Aw AnnMarie is so nice, but I guess I can't request her if you did eh? lol. that's ok. I'm sure whoever I get will be just as good! I'm glad everything is going well with you. I have my donation papers, the american cancer society printed them for me but I am rolling them up into scrolls with a red ribbon tied around them. Good luck!!!
Every once in a while, when I think 'I am getting married in 2 weeks,' I have a little heart flutter. LIke right now. Because in 2 weeks from today at this exact time, I will be at the fox hollow taking pictyures with matt. sooooooooooooo crazy!

Hi Laura,
I was just looking at your profile, your wedding looks like it was fantastic and I love the cake! I noticed your little easels for the table pictures/numbers. Where did you get them?
TIA

HI...the cake is a Cakes by Jay...not the cake that's included at Fox Hollow. The little easels were so cheap. They were from IKEA and we painted them because they were a natural wood and DH insisted they needed to be blue. I believe they were a little over $1 a piece. HTH

That is not a dumb question at all! I was obssessed with figuring out the cake options a few months ago and there are lots of posts on here about cake. Fox Hollow has a cake book with like 8 cakes or so from you to choose from. I believe they will make it more personal for you to some degree but anything that is more than their simple options begins to be at cost to you from what I have been told. Their bakery is Erga (http://www.ergabakery.com/index.html) I went there and tasted some samples to get an idea ahead of time. You can call Fox Hollow and ask them about your options or maybe some of the brides on here have pictures to share.
HTH!

You know it's exciting, yes, but right now, I am thinking more about allll the little things I need to do. I am getting a lot of things done, don't get me wrong, but there are still all these little things - and it's kinda stopping me from being overly excited, you know? I don't think that 'christmas-morning' feeling will come until after the rehearsal dinner (next Thurs) when all of the little things are DONE.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I have a question for everyone that got married already. Who was your bridal attendant and did you like them? I'm a little worried, I heard from a friend that her friend had one that was kinda snippy, maybe she was just in a bad mood or something I don't know! I know Jenn is stealing AnnMarie, I don't know if she would want to do my night time wedding after doing her day time wedding! lol. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!Welcome New Vendors
