If they wrote it into your contract that is different. Like our BM told us that they were getting new chairs for the Garden Terrace room and if they didn't get the new chairs in time for our wedding then we could get the chair covers at no charge but he didn't write that into the contract and now he no longer works there. So, I hope they make good on his promise.

Has anyone emailed Annmarie over the weekend and have gotten a response yet? I know I'm a little anxious and from what a few of you ladies have said, Annmarie is usually good with responding to emails. Isent an email asking a very important question and I just hopes she gets back to me.

Can anyone tell me the website address or any info on the other hotel sown the road from FH that provides the shuttle service. I think it's called Executive suites or Executive Inn. I want to include their information on my accommodations insert for my invites.

incase you havn't done so already, make sure you call or ,eet with Jessica from Executive Inn to set up the shuttle times for your guests.

i spoke to frank today and the chair covers were included for me but its 3 bucks a person for the sashes! ah.

Yes i did. She emailed me back this evening and we've been going back and forth. She really is on point. I actually just set my appointment with her for Nov.6 for our final arrangements meeting.

One question about that...this is just to go over things(set up, menu,linens etc) right? I'm not required to make any payments at this meeting am I?

No, no payments at your menu meeting. Final payment is due the week of the wedding. You'll be given a bunch of papers and be asked to call 10 days prior to your wedding from 12-8pm to give them a final number .. they will then give you your final amoutn due and you'll make an appt. to go to the fox hollow the week of your wedding. i am calling at 12:00 on the dot so that i can go on monday evening for my meeting - i am busy with other meetings the rest of the week!
