YAY I had my shower yesterday and it was wonderful! I just wanted to share lol. I don't have pictures yet though sadly. I cannot believe that in less than one month I will be getting married!!!

I just have to say that I am so honored to be getting married at the Fox with all you lovely ladies. You are all so helpful and wonderful and it's so great to see us coming together to help eachother as much as we can!

I totally agree with you ladies. This is the BEST board ever. You ladies have helped me out tremendously (sp?) in so many ways. I really appreciate it and thanks to you guys i feel much more confident when speaking to the BM and knowing what to ask for as well as negotiating for the things i want. I wish all of the brides-to-be the best of luck on your upcoming weddings and all the BRIDES the best of luck with your new lives as a mrs.

I feel like i want to cry i'm so HAPPY!!!

Hi Ladies!! I just wanted to post to let you know.. I got married July 19th at the Garden Terrace room and it was amazing! They really know how to throw a party! We had the sea boat added, it was definately worth it, and we had the mini vianese hour, which was enough! Pastries, cookies, cakes, ice cream bar, chocolate fountain... it was more than enough! Erga bakery made our cake exactly the way we wanted it.. our bridal attendant was great.. I couldnt have asked for anything better!!!

Oh.. and we had our names on the menu, they can add them at no extra charge if you just ask for it... FM me if you have any questions... Pictures are in my album.. just got my pro pics back but they are too big to post... so check them out!

The room is beautiful to begin with! but just looked at your centerpieces and they will look gorgeous in there!!!! trust me, if the florist wasnt so good with us and the price, we would have had low centerpieces too!!

W/ regards to the mini viennese, did they throw that in for you? I have a choice between the mini viennese or the trays on the table and wasn't sure which was better.. but i don't think the chocolate fountain was included (they would NOT budge on that!)

ok i looooved lovved loooved the fox hollow!!! they were soo attentive!!! you girls have nothing to worry about! as soon as we got there they got me food and drinks, harry was my maitre D he was AMAZING!!!! my bridal attendant i dont even know her name she was not helpful at all! but harry made up for it! they showed me the room ahead of time, and the cocktail hour! it was great here are some pics i'll show u more when i get them! if u have any questions please ask!

I know someone was asking about the menus provided by Fox Hollow..... I just found the one they gave me when I asked for it, so here's a pic I took of it on my camera phone.

It's on cream-colored computer printer paper with black ink. The logo looks scanned in and is slightly lighter than black, more like a dark gray.

The font is all in a fancy script style, but as a perfectionist and former typesetter, I notice the little things, such as the font size is not uniform all the way through (one of the menu descriptions is slightly larger than the rest). Then again, I'm used to looking at tiny point-sizes, so the average person wouldn't notice this.

you are right- its not uniform all the way through. my friend added in my monogram and fixed it in the file they sent us and it came out fine cus they printed them off of what we sent back.

With the mini-vianesse.. it wasnt a chocolate fountain, I misspoke!!! It was a chocolate fondue... just as good I thought!!! I liked it because it allowed guests to get up who might not like to dance...
