Anyone remember what the maximum is for the Garden Terrace Room?
Thanks!
I am not 100% sure but i remember reading somewhere on this thread that some girls had MINIMUMS of 200.. so im sure the room holds way more than that..
Also, does anyone know, are chair covers always included for the Fox Hollow?. I believe mine are.. I will make sure to double check on my contract and at my meeting with them!

Has anyone been offered a mini vienese but then decided to get the full vienese? Does FH give you a reduced price? How much is it per person for a VH?

Mine were included because I asked for them...but they're not always included.

I've heard most hairdressers will come early, its part of the job. I would just call around and set up some trials while mentioning the early start for your day.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I know someone was asking about the menus provided by Fox Hollow..... I just found the one they gave me when I asked for it, so here's a pic I took of it on my camera phone. It's on cream-colored computer printer paper with black ink. The logo looks scanned in and is slightly lighter than black, more like a dark gray.
The font is all in a fancy script style, but as a perfectionist and former typesetter, I notice the little things, such as the font size is not uniform all the way through (one of the menu descriptions is slightly larger than the rest). Then again, I'm used to looking at tiny point-sizes, so the average person wouldn't notice this.

Thank you so much. Now i know that I will definitely do my own menus. There's nothing wrong with the one from FH but since i have a little time i will make my own maybe using our monogram in place of the fox.
I have a lot questions that i need to ask about various things at FH and was wondering if there is anyone in particular that i can email or call.

When it doubt about any vendors or small details of my wedding (invitations, STDs, DJ/Photo) I call Jessica D. or any of the other planners at PWP.
When it doubt regarding my contract, menus, food I call my Banquet Manager.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
My wedding was at 11:30 at fox hollow.. my hairdresser came at 7.. honestly, i wished she'd come 30 minutes earlier.. we ended up being way later than i wanted to be and barely had time for pics before the ceremony.. but that was also because no one really paid attention to the schedule i tried to have in place.. so the most important thing is to make sure everyone understands the schedule!Again, guys, my menu did NOT have the fox hollow logo on it, just our names.. and i didn't ask for it to be that way.. Maybe this is something new they're doing, but i would call and ask.
