For those of you that were (or will be) in the WGP, if you had 12 tables did they leave table 11 near the love dais like in the diagram? Did table 12 remain near the dance floor? And was the place for table 13 vacant? I emailed AnneMarie, but was hoping you guys might be able to provide some insight. TIA!
I think I used all 13 tables. It didn't feel crowded in there. Non of the tables were on the dance floor. here is a pic, but it may be hard to tell...

Hey Ladies.... My brother is having his wedding at the Fox Hollow... Can you reccomend any of the upgrades at he cocktail hour???? Thx
We had the mashed potato bar. It was good but nothing I would brag about. I had upgrades included because I used PWP a lot. Had I not had these upgrades, I wouldn't pay for it.

Hello everyone
I still have over a year and a half before my wedding so i haven't focused on it in a while. But I should probably get my butt in gear. For those of you who have had Rev. Nick, how long in advance did you book him? Did you go through the Perfect Wedding Planner at the Fox Hollow? When should I expect to have to pay him?
Thanks for the info.
I e-mailed him and booked him over the phone. My wedding is this October and I e-mailed him back in June I think but just offfically booked him the other night! I think I am actually using his wife Irene. I talked to her on the phone and I felt very comfortable with her. They are very easy to work with! Good luck!

Any past brides (or brides before me) have 22 spare gold frames laying around?I spoke with AnnMarie and she said the only ones for the Garden Terrace are silver and it totally clashes with my gold, brown, ivory color scheme.

How far in advance of your wedding date do you select your menu? When do you pick up the place cards (still not sure I may do my own) & direction cards?

I did it 4 months in advance b/c my mom is sick, but usually 2 months.
You can get the place cards and direction cards at anytime. You just go and pick them up.

Thanks for all the info abt Rev. Nick. I do have his price quoted in my contract. I'll make him a priority. Did anyone else have his wife? I've heard rave reviews about him but nothing about her. Thanks again for all the help you've given.

I've heard they are both great! I spoke with Rev Nick when I booked him so I'm not sure yet which one is going to be performing our service.

There are pictures from Gina's and my wedding on the last page of the thread. Both were at night. Good luck in making your choice.

Hmmm I'm not too crazy about the room from the pictures I've seen. But I'll be judging for myself in a few hours from now. Thanks girls

I'm getting married Feb. 15'09 and have just a few questions. I rather ask u ladies before i start becoming a pain in the a** to the staff at FH.lol
1. Is the maitre'd and bridal attendent included or is it extra?
2. Do they give u a room at the inn on your wedding night or do u actually have to pay? If so do they offer a discount without doing a group rate?
3. In regards to the table #'s, if i provide my own frames and numbers, what size is recommended?
4.I want to have a candy buffet. does the FH allow this and if so how do they present the table (is out for the whole affair or do they bring it in towards the end of the night?)
I'm sorry if these questions sound stupid but i would really appreciate any help. I feel like i haven't the slightest idea whatsoever of what i'm doing.
I got a comp room at the Inn for our wedding night.. And i know they do offer discounted group rates . I also just booked a room for myself for the night before and they gave me 10% off...
I believe they provide framed table #'s for the reception...each room has their own set..not sure what color the frames are though.
First dont besorry we all have to figure some things out which is why this iste is so awesome. We can learn from expierienced people.
I am getting married there the n ight before you! So yes, we had a complimentary room thrown in. But make sure its on your contract!
The Maitre'd & BA are included but it is recommended that you tip them at the end of the evening.
Frames they provide every room has a different color i believe the Garden Terrace has Silver & the size frames are 5x7.
HTH! Good Luck fellow Foxy!

1. They are included but you have to tip them at the end of the night.
2. If you are comped on your contract or negotiate it then yes, but it's not the normal. it depends on your wedding date.
3. there is bit of skewed information about the frames. i'd speak with FH about it. I spoke with Ann Marie and she said the frames in the Garden Terrace are silver and 4x6, but others say differently on here so i dont know.
4. DavenJess had a candy buffet. FH set the entire thing up for them, but you have to provide the candy (possibly candy scoops too)
