more pics of ceremony (at fox hollow, garden closest to Garden Terrace room), and party in my photo albums.

enjoy!

Everything looks wonderful! Who did you use for your groom's cake? Also, how did you like Halo Video? We are using them too.

Did anyone have or will be having the sangria, crepe, or bon voyage tables at their wedding? Can you tell me more about them if you have/are and know more about them.
TIA!
Genine

Sweet Karma Desserts in East Meadow. I owe them a big thank you- they were great!! Everyone loved the cakes!!

As for Halo Video, haven't seen the final product yet but our videographer, Jack, was super cool and great to work with. He had a very calm, friendly personality. Apparently he was hitting on all of my friends, but I feel like that's the kind of thing that video/photogs do to loosen people up and get them laughing.. And Jose has been great to deal with. I think I picked them based on your recs, salt!

does anyone know if you can send in more than the requested amount when the FH bills you? I'm thinking of submitting more than what they ask of me every few months just to get the payments over with.

I'm about to call Best Western and Executive Inn for details about their group rates. I have rooms booked at the Fox Hollow Inn already but I would like to give my OOT guests an option. Do you guys know if there is a big difference between Best Western and Executive Inn? Which one is cleaner, nicer, etc?

Any info would be sooo appreicated!!
TIA!!!!

DH and I saw some rooms at Executive Inn and I am very nit picky about cleanliness and I have to say that they were spotless! And we had a lot of oot people stay there and there were no complaints!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Hi ladies --- 2 weeks to go and I am checking things off my list left and right --- today I left a message for Frank requesting Harry and AnnMarie for my maitre d and bridal attendant! AnnMarie is the same AnnMarie that I've been working with forever -- she is a sweetheart so I know she will be great on my wedding day -- and she said she works well with Harry. She only does one, maybe two weddings a weekend as the coordinating is more her job, but she likes attending so she does it a little. She cannot request herself so if you want her you need to call Frank, Denise or Jose.

I am also buying coffee beans for my centerpieces this weekend ... printing my donation favor sign ... and making my iPod playlists for the two breaks my band is taking during the reception as well as a CD for the Fox Hollow to play during the cocktail hour. Might buy gourds too, not sure if it's too early.

Hope you all are doing well!

AHHHH we have two weeks can you believe it Jenn??? IT came so fast! Aw AnnMarie is so nice, but I guess I can't request her if you did eh? lol. that's ok. I'm sure whoever I get will be just as good! I'm glad everything is going well with you. I have my donation papers, the american cancer society printed them for me but I am rolling them up into scrolls with a red ribbon tied around them. Good luck!!!
