Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

We just had our final meeting and it was great. Ann Marie is so great. She answered ALL of my questions before i even had a chance to ask them(i had four pages ) I am soooooo excited now They are so hospitable. When she came and greeted us, she took us into her office and then ordered us drinks from the bar (FH LOVED THAT ) She covered everything. The only thing that has my head spinning is all the paper work. Mainly the seating chart
After we left her, we went across the inn and they were very nice also. The guy showed us two rooms. The Royal Suite was beautiful!!!! I'm going to enjoy staying there. The two 47' plasmas sold FH right away T Then we saw the one bedroom suite which was right down the hall from the Royal and it wa very nice also. No plasmas though but they did have a DEEP soaking tub, which is what I like. But we will definitely be booking our room very soon.

Just want to end this off by saying Good luck to all the up coming brides and congratulations the past brides. I am soooo thrilled right now and there is no other feeling to describe how I truly feel at this moment. And to the brides who will be having your meetings soon, trust me you will feel the same way.
Good night ladies...speak to you all tomorrow

if you provide any candles, pictures in frames... anything!! they will put them on the table for you.. (place card table) i specifically wrote out to them what i wanted,, and they did it! to make it easier , just put it all in the same box and label it (place card table) they did a fantastic job of setting up..

i actually had pictures of me and DH.. ones from the engagement shoot... candles, and fake snow.. they had no problems doing any of it!!

ETA: the only thing they provide is during CH , they put candles, and smal CP on the tables. and the cake table also..

Ok you need to do the invites now. Thefavors you can do like a month or 2 before. Your veil & Tiara you can find cheap at Barrons but u need to get there & soon. DOJ about 1 month before. Were not doing Epics we decided we dont need them. Pre-cana all depends onyour church. I booked my Pre-cana week when i booked the church. So get that done soon too. Weddign bands about 2 months before. Unless you need it made. Then now. HM depends on where you want to go. But start looking into it.

If you request votive holders for your tables they will give them to you. I'm fairly sure you have to provide your own candles though.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Wow! The February brides are on the ball! I was thinking of scheduling my meeting in early January, but I guess I should get moving? I feel like once I schedule the meeting then that means it's really happening haha!

Is there a drawback to scheduling so late? Or should I try and go this month? Thanks!

i say the earlier the better. you have to do your seating arrangements & get them in for them plus all of the March brides will be booking for dec/Jan. so i would say get it in.

Nope. All you need is your menu and contract and write down any questions you may have. Although if you have Ann Marie she'll probably answer them before you even get to ask

I thought I would post this for the benefit of the girls considering room blocks.

The Inn will be hosting a brunch for all couples considering room blocks on November 23rd 11am-1pm. The cost if $20 per couple. Couples will recieve a tour of all rooms and if you decide to book a block of rooms, you will receive a night in a Royal Suite.

FH and I will be there....hope some of you will join! Call the Fox to make your reservation.

Thank you SO much for posting this, I called and spoke to Victor so I will see you there! FYI, for anyone who is gettng a comped room from FH already Victor said that it is a regular sweet and I can use that my first night and then the royal suite for my wedding night, yay! Great way to save money!!

Hope to see you girls there!
