You should make an appt soon just to see what they can do for you-
you can go with low centerpieces to cut costs.

They are closing their store for the holidays after Saturday up until some time in Jan.

Just wondering for all the girls that got married or anyone that can answer this, does the Thatched have any type of music for the CH? Do they have a speaker where they can stream music? What did u guys do for music in CH or what do you guys plan on doing?? THANKS!!

I know my dj will be doing the music for our c/h! Im not sure if they have any backround music, I never thought to ask!

My DJ was going to provide background music for the CH but we decided to go with a piano player during the CH and during dinner.

I know they have a grand piano in the cocktail hour room. I believe they do have speakers though if you just want to hook an ipod up you will probably have to bring your own ipod dock.

Here's another question

Does anyone have pictures of what the Viennese setup looks like? We keep going back and forth about it and I'm disappointed that they don't offer cotton candy etc- but I would love to see what it actually looks like! Thanks!

They put a piano in the cocktail room?? I thought it was upstairs in the main entrance when you walk in? If that is the case I will use that. How much is it to have someone play it? Did u use someone from them or from an outside company? Thanks!!

I just added the cotton candy machine today to my DJ package!! lol. They told me you could rent it from someone else and they would give it out. So you could try looking up how much it would be to rent the cotton candy machine...

The piano that is up in the lobby is the glass piano with an electric keyboard. In the CH room, there is a grand piano.

My cousin and her husband are professional musicians and they had asked a friend of theirs to play for me, so I have no idea what the cost was (sorry) but I think my DJ company would have charged me something like $250 for it.

I actually started working on my review the other day! I picked up my proofs the other day from the photog and believe it or not haven't had a chance to really even look at them (we moved into our house the same day I picked up the proofs - talk about crazy).

I promise to post some pictures and do my review while I'm off from work next week!
