When are you giving your final count? I have an appointment on Monday the 9th - is that when I bring everything with me?

I'm so clueless and like I've said in other posts, FH and I *thought* we'd remember everything they said at the meeting so we didn't write anything down (except the appt date and time) and now we're 2 spazzes!

We r giving out final the monday before the wedding so nov 2nd.. and that is the day we have to bring everything.... It stinks because I keep thinking I have so much time to do certain things and then I realize I lose a week because it would have to be there the monday before lol

question for girls that have done tables already past and current brides... I have 2 tables of 9 and one table of 7! I just cant fit everyone to make the tables bigger... I am in the middle of printing my seating candles and I just read on the bottom of the table sheet ' you can have tables of 10,11,12,13, and 14' Does that mean they are going to make me change my table of 7 when I hand in my sheet?? I am actually going to pay the extra $150 for the extra table because I technically only get 10 tables due to how many people I have coming as opposed to the 11 tables I would have had I met my minimum (at least I think they will charge me, I dont know.) Just becaue I am DONE trying to make people fit ... lol what do you think?

I def had tables that were only 8 or 9 and it was fine. They didn't say anything:)

I'm not having my ceremony there, but my deacon told me that the church rehearsal should take 30-45 minutes, so I can't imagine that your rehearsal would be any different.

I'm getting there...... Tomorrow (Monday) after work I'm dropping all the stuff off at TC. I have my favors, napkins, cake topper, seating cards, master seating list and of course, the final payment

Please everyone keep your fingers crossed that the weather next Saturday is as nice as it was this weekend for Jessica.

Thank you! I'm so excited. I dropped everything off at TC tonight. I can't believe it's so close. I'm super excited.

I was worried because I've never been in there when it's been dark out and was afraid no one would see how pretty it is outside. They had it all lit up and it looked gorgeous from the windows! YAY

I DID IT!!!!! Friday was the most AMAZING night EVER!!!! Thatched did a PHENOMENAL job! Everything was perfect perfect perfect! I actually got my proofs already! SO I am downloading them onto the computer as we speak so I can post em for everyone to see.

The staff was wonderful! the room was GORGEOUS!!! I litterally balled when they walked us in to show it to us before the reception started. People are STILL calling emailing and texting how wonderful the food is!

So To be continued when my 850 pics are downloaded lol just wanted to pop in quick first!
