Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Is the executive inn nicer than the best western? i think they're the same ownership, if i'm not mistaken?? I have a # for Jessica, I called last Friday but she didn't call me back. I'm going to call again later today or tomorrow.

yep - they are run by the same people!
It's jessica - yes....definitely give her a call back!
I don't know which is nicer - i picked the executive inn simply because of the 'communal' feeling it had....

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
We blocked at the Inn at Fox Hollow and the Best Western. I felt that best western was a little nicer (JMO) and it was a name brand that my family would feel more comfortable with. I had a little trouble with Jessica calling me back as well. Be persistent!!

I don't mean to sound cheap, but how much should the maitre d get as a tip? I just talked to the FH and they said like 400-500! that seems like alot of $$$ for one nights work. do they not pay him a salary? we were thinking more in the 250 to 300 range
FH says $3-$5 per person. We gave $3 and it was A LOT of $$$

So, barring any fake photo booths... has anyone gotten a REAL photobooth into the briar fox room?MME told me their booth was too heavy to go 'upstairs'
I was really hoping to get a photobooth for my reception :(
thanks!

Anyone ever used Spiga Bakery in Bellmore? One of my groomsmen suggested I go there for the cake (I believe his friend works there) but I want some feedback and not just go there becuase he knows the guy. Thanks!

Someone bought a cake from there for work the other day. It was pretty good. I have no idea what they look like though!!

The guy from MME said it was upwards of 1000 pounds....I think more investigation needs to be done here and my wedding is in 3 months :(
